GGuest UserUnfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for a weekend trip with our two daughters (7 and 11), and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even though it’s quite large and business-oriented. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a family. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless. Breakfast was a highlight — an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that even picky kids enjoyed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always taking time to check if we needed anything

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel's distinctive aesthetic. The sleek and modern interiors, adorned with carefully curated artwork and tasteful furnishings, create an atmosphere of sophistication and artistic flair. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the striking sculptures to the meticulously designed lighting fixtures. The rooms at SO/Berlin Das Stue are a perfect combination of elegance and functionality. The modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system, ensured that every comfort was met. The bathrooms, with their luxurious rain showers and premium toiletries, added a touch of indulgence to the overall experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the local area, including restaurant recommendations and transportation tips, was invaluable in helping me make the most of my time in Berlin. Culinary delights await guests at SO/Berlin Das Stue. The hotel's restaurant, Cinco by Paco Pérez, offers an exquisite dining experience, combining Mediterranean and Catalan flavors in innovative ways. The dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, showcase the culinary expertise of the renowned chef. The hotel's bar, The Stue Bar, is a stylish spot to unwind with a carefully crafted cocktail or a glass of fine wine, accompanied by live music that adds to the vibrant ambiance. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel boasts a serene wellness area, including a spa and a fully equipped fitness center. The spa offers a range of indulgent treatments and therapies, providing a sanctuary of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The fitness center, with its modern equipment and panoramic views, allows guests to maintain their workout routine in style. The location of SO/Berlin Das Stue is ideal for exploring the city. Situated near Berlin's iconic Tiergarten park, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of major attractions and cultural landmarks. The nearby Kurfürstendamm shopping street and the Berlin Zoo are just a short stroll away, providing ample opportunities for leisurely walks and shopping sprees. In conclusion, SO/Berlin Das Stue is a haven of luxury, art, and personalized service in the heart of Berlin. From the stylish and comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experiences and rejuvenating wellness facilities, every aspect of this hotel exudes a sense of refinement and elegance. If you are seeking a unique and memorable stay in Berlin, I highly recommend experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of SO/Berlin Das Stue.

NnoobikisskissThe Telegraph Office was renovated I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬 This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣). The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌 It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha
