Fantastic newly built hotel with great facilities and better staff. I stayed 4 nights in the deluxe balcony room and was overjoyed by the tasteful decor and layout of the room, this easily could have been a room in a 5star venue. Room was cleaned daily and in a good standard of repair given how new it was. The bar and restaurant were fantastic and exceeded expectations with an imaginative cocktail list and a great quality menu. Staff were fantastic - Toby in the restaurant went above and beyond making off-list cocktails for myself and my friends as well assisting very humourlously with recommendations, he is a credit to your team. On the front desk I was regularly helped with any issues we had from my friend leaving his airpods in his room after checkout to replacing keycards when needed. As a very regular traveller to Berlin I am more than happy to stay here again and again. Thanks again team sly and see you in May

The hotel is still very old, but was created from several former residential buildings. (living space destruction). If you want to stay in a slightly different hotel, this is the alternative. The best beds ever. Roof garden with sauna very nice😍💓. Breakfast still needs to be worked on. Otherwise, something different 😀

Chic new hotel in a good location in Friedrichshain and good transport connections! Upgrade to a large room with a terrace and a beautiful bathroom! Extensive breakfast buffet - small minus when there is a large crowd with a coffee machine a bit chaotic!

Had a booking for 2 days with under 400 overnight stays including rental of the entire restaurant and conference room etc. The great reservation manager Moritz VS. made unattractive prices and the guest has to adapt in this hotel. The customer is not king!!! The guest will be punished by the hotel! We wanted to have a buffet in the evening and a flat rate for drinks. The answer from the hotel: We can only serve menu! Nothing is made possible here. Hotel always knows how it doesn't work and does everything to make the guest upset. I think a hotel should respect guests' wishes because at the end of the day the guest pays for it. There would have been a turnover of around 50,000 euros!

Sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Velodrom ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof gibt es eine direkte Tram-Verbindung zum Hotel. Schicke Einrichtung, das Zimmer hat mir gefallen. Es waren ein paar dunkle Fusseln auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, beides weiß, daher fiel es auf. Ansonsten sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auf dem Zimmer stand Trinkwasser und eine Kaffeemaschine bereit. Allein das Frühstück war mir mit 32€ deutlich zu teuer. Beim Bäcker (5min zu Fuß) gab es stattdessen Frühstück mit Rührei und Getränk für 8€.
