5-Star Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

This is definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting Jiuzhaigou. The location is excellent — quite close to the park, and the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service. But honestly, I enjoyed the hotel itself so much that I spent two full days just relaxing there and walking around the mountains nearby. The views are absolutely incredible. The hotel has a direct view of the mountains, and I could simply lie on a sun lounger, enjoy the scenery, and do nothing else. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to slow down and enjoy nature. My room was very clean and had great amenities. I especially loved having a bathtub on the balcony. Taking a hot bath in the evening while the air outside was cool and looking at the mountains was such a great experience. A special thank you to the reception team — everyone was fantastic. They helped me with everything I needed, were always available, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Great service! The hotel also has a lovely property with plenty of space to walk around, and there are even cats and a little goat around the hotel, which adds a lot of charm to the place. My only small suggestion would be to consider installing an additional filtration system for the swimming pool. Since the hotel is surrounded by forests and fields, some insects naturally end up in the pool. I completely understand that this comes with being so close to nature, but hopefully this can be improved by my next visit. There are several well-known international hotel brands further down in the valley, but in my opinion, the views from this hotel are on another level. 100% recommended. I would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to be the first to review this, but I was too slow. ⭐Swimsuits are provided. The service needs some more training, but everything else was great. The soundproofing, environment, facilities, and connections were all excellent, to be honest. 1. The complimentary apples were delicious; I don't know what variety they were, but they were really good. 2. I filmed a nine-minute video but can't upload it. It was very detailed; you can search for it on **. 3. The room was clean, the mattress and blankets were comfortable, and it was super quiet. 4. The ******* clothing was of good quality, and the accessories were complete. 5. Currently, swimming and the private hot spring are free to experience; it's quite comfortable.

An experience that exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, incredibly close to the scenic area. They even provide a dedicated driver for morning drop-offs to the attraction, and if the driver is unavailable, they'll reimburse your taxi fare. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was also quite unique. Excellent value for money – if you're visiting Jiuzhaigou, this is definitely the place to stay! Already recommended it to my friends 👍

I went to Jiuzhaigou with my classmates, and the hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou ticket office. You can order things like CHAGEE and Dicos at the hotel. The overall environment is great, the bathroom is spacious, and the facilities are quite modern with smart home features. The best part is that there wasn't any strange smell in the room, which is perfect for someone like me who's sensitive to odors. The hygiene was also excellent, and there's a big floor-to-ceiling window that lets sunlight into the room, which is really nice. Definitely a good review!

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

Choosing the right accommodation truly enhances the travel experience, especially when visiting Jiuzhaigou.麗呈別院·四季漫居 (Li Cheng Bie Yuan · Si Ji Man Ju) was a pleasant surprise, primarily due to its unbeatable location. The hotel is right next to the Tourist Center, just a five-minute walk to the park entrance. This means no waking up early to catch a shuttle bus, and traffic jams during peak season won't affect you at all. After a tiring day exploring the scenic area, you can simply walk straight back to the hotel, which is particularly convenient for families. The hotel itself boasts a tranquil Zen-inspired courtyard style, offering a peaceful environment. The room facilities are very new, with smart home controls throughout, including floor heating, air conditioning, and a smart toilet. Given the significant temperature difference between day and night at high altitude, it was wonderfully warm and comfortable at night. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom features a wet and dry separation. The complimentary welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch. The front desk service was attentive and meticulous. They proactively provided tips for exploring the scenic area, and it was a nice bonus to find ice and coffee available at the front desk. Although the breakfast was simple, it was a self-service buffet with a good variety, and the soy milk was especially delicious. There's a large parking lot at the entrance, making parking very convenient. This hotel is highly recommended as the top choice when visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, the Indigo Jiuzhaigou was the biggest surprise of our trip. Our butler, Mark, was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible. My child absolutely loved this big brother. The hotel's Tibetan-Qiang aesthetic design is sophisticated and timeless, avoiding a forced or clichéd display of ethnic elements. The eagle installation in the lobby and the fire pit area create an amazing ambiance – every photo op turns out beautifully. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, even offering welcome hot tea upon arrival. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, the mattress is comfortable, and the complimentary travel photography also produced great shots. After a day of exploring, we had a very peaceful and restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou; I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

This was my first trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I followed online recommendations to choose Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. It's a luxurious hotel nestled on a mountaintop, offering an unparalleled location. After a winding drive up the mountain road, you arrive at the hotel entrance to find a valley landscape as beautiful as a fairytale. I absolutely recommend the Valley View rooms; you'll be captivated by the entire scenery of Jiuzhaigou – misty clouds and a tranquil valley, truly refreshing! The hotel service is attentive, consistently reflecting the brand's quality and thoughtfulness. Especially noteworthy is the hotel's photography service, which perfectly captured the entire landscape in photos, leaving us with wonderful memories. This is a hotel worth revisiting!

We came with our kids for a summer vacation. It seemed like two hotels were sharing one check-in desk, and honestly, my first impression wasn't great because a five-star hotel apparently had no bell staff… We had to drag our luggage from the main entrance to the front desk ourselves. However, during our stay, Manager Luo took care of us entirely on the first day and even helped us bring our luggage to the room (haha, tough work for a lady!). Also, the front desk line was incredibly long (it seemed like only one or two staff members for a crowd of guests), with other guests openly complaining. On our check-out day, Manager Luo pre-arranged concierge service for us. The duty manager who came to assist us was named Huang. He asked about our return route and recommended many good places to eat and fun things to do along the way back! Overall, the facilities are indeed lacking (very few service staff, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling). But the high service awareness of the staff makes up for it, and breakfast was pretty good too. Thanks to all the service staff during our stay.
