I took my family to Disney. After comparison, I chose this hotel. The overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations. I must give five-star praise! The most surprising thing is the free tour service provided by the hotel, which is free of charge for the whole process, and there is no promotion or hidden consumption. The guide is particularly familiar with the route of Disney Park. He will flexibly arrange the order of play according to the flow of people, help us avoid long queues, and punch in the popular projects smoothly. We don't have to stay up late to make strategies by ourselves, which saves a lot of time and effort, and has a relaxed and fun. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable. When you come back from the bustling paradise, you can relax and rest here. The public area is clean, and the corridor is clean and odorless. The hygiene of the guest room is very good, and every detail has not been overlooked. The floor and tabletop are wiped spotlessly. The bathroom is dry and cool, and there are no water stains and hair. The room is well ventilated, the air is fresh, and the bedding is soft and clean. You can relieve fatigue after lying down for a day. All kinds of facilities are well maintained, the hot water comes out quickly, the air conditioner runs smoothly, it is easy to use, the sound insulation is also good, and the night sleep is very stable. The front desk staff is very good, humble and warm, check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and they answer questions patiently, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. Whether it's a parent-child trip or a play in a part, this hotel is very suitable and cost-effective. Next time I come to Disney, I will choose to stay. We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Wifi connects easily without a million settings . TV in the room connects to your personal devices via screen mirroring. Orders and deliveries arrive via robots . Quite futuristic. Two elevators working non stop makes it easy to go downstairs - we stayed at 17th floor. Second floor has a gym and a laundry room - yiu can iron your shirt you have all basic requirements covered. Breakfast is an amazing bufet with so much variety and is also available until 11 AM! Check in staff super helpful and kind. They gave gifts to my little daughter and also carried luggage all the way to my room when checking in . Since the hotel.is quite big and not overbooked, it's very quiet at night and you can rest very well. I dont usually have time to leave reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves a big Thank You for our stay.

This hotel has housekeeping staff. The room was super clean and the housekeepers were so kind and helpful. There’s also free in-house laundry so there no need to do the laundry yourself. Just put the laundry in a basket and the staff will take care of it for you. Great location and be try close to the metro line.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! First off, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows really brightened my day, and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. Second, a special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – I have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, so I mentioned it to her when I left. When I returned, I found the mattress had been flipped, and I slept incredibly comfortably. Third, the room service was prompt and polite. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the late-night noodles were fantastic – who knew I could come back at 11 PM and get a piping hot and tasty bowl of soup noodles! Lastly, the airport drop-off service was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland!

Conveniently located hotel with a very friendly front desk staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The breakfast had a great variety, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and lots of different small desserts.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shanghai Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The beds were huge and comfortable, and we liked having a bathtub and a small living area with a couch. The room had a cozy, rustic charm that made it feel welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the revolving restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered lovely city views. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine there. Note that the breakfast area is on the 1st floor and separate from the revolving restaurant. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A few minor things could be improved. The shampoo and body wash provided were quite small and not enough for a family of four. Complimentary bottled water was limited, and extra bottles came at an additional cost. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, good food, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again.

Jasmine, the front desk staff, was very friendly and responded quickly to any issues. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around, and daily shopping for food and other necessities was easy. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I had a comfortable stay and will choose this place again if I have the chance. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.

The location is great. It is right next to the line 2 of Shanghai Metro. There is a public park - Century Park - right cross the street. The hotel staff was helpful, the room was clean, though the amenities were aged. One thing that made us uncomfortable is the tub/shower in the bathroom. It is a very odd configuration with an old plastic tub that flexes when step in, the tub has a relatively high “wall” to hop cross that definitely the point of hazardness. Also, there are spots of black mold in the seams of the tiles that were kind of gross! The bathroom definitely need to be reconfigured. See photos attached.
