UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai on the Bund

The hotel room was incredibly clean when we checked in, the location is absolutely perfect situated directly on the main road. Overall amazing stay with UrCove by Hyatt.

The location was convenient with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and the overall stay smooth. Excellent value for money—I would definitely stay here again.

overall, the hotel was in good location & the service was really good. aside from a slight hiccup checkin where they took a really long time to check me in, they were very helpful with all my other requests. would stay again

Location is right beside the bund but because of that, traffic can be horrible. There’s no sheltered drop off bay, so if it rains, you will get a bit of rain when you get out of the car to the hotel. I am impressed with the free laundry and dryer provided but there’s only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Good thing is that you can track their use on the tv. Breakfast selection is quite ok, cooked disheschanges everyday except for the standard fares and fruits.

The hotel has an unbeatable location—right outside the door is the Bund, and transportation is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to Sunny at the front desk: even though I had already checked out a week ago, I called her and she patiently helped me find my beloved pendant that I'd left in the room, and arranged to have it mailed back to me. I'm truly grateful.
