Stayed at this hotel for a concert in Shanghai and had a great overall experience. First off, it's super close to the subway, which takes you directly to the Shanghai Stadium in just a few stops. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent; even though the bathroom was shared, someone was always cleaning it – I'd finish showering and someone would be in there mopping right away. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it wasn't noisy at all. It's perfect for solo travelers attending concerts or events. Oh, and I found the front desk staff really helpful. Someone even personally escorted me to my room, and late check-out was also an option. If my good review could get me a discount voucher or something, that would be even better!

Hanting Hotel offers a very convenient stay with a great location near the metro and within walking distance to The Bund, making it easy to explore major attractions like Nanjing Road shopping area and the riverside. The rooms are clean and provide enough space for a comfortable and practical stay, while the surrounding area has plenty of food options, convenience stores, and shops just outside the hotel. Overall, it is a simple, budget-friendly choice that is highly convenient for transport, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

The apartment is located in the Jing'an Villa area, very close to West Nanjing Road subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making transportation incredibly convenient. The three beds are all quite large, and the toilet has a smart bidet seat. There's also a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, and a projector. However, some other furnishings and facilities, such as the shoe cabinet, kitchen cupboards, staircase, and electric fan, are quite basic. Due to its proximity to the subway station, there's a slight noise when trains pass by. After booking, a dedicated person contacted me with the exact room location, and later a group chat was set up for check-in assistance. Overall, considering the location and price, it offers good value for money.

The B&B is conveniently located with easy metro access, and you can even see the 'bottle opener' building from the bedroom window. Plus, there are several businesses on the same floor, including a newly opened bead art shop that charges 18.8 yuan per hour (perfect for parents with kids, as adults can relax in the room while their children play just 10 seconds away, right outside the door). The only minor downsides are that the bathroom has no window and there's no trash can in the living room, but these didn't significantly impact our stay.

Nanchang Road is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Shanghai, featuring old European-style houses. It's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still very close to Huaihai Middle Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring trendy boutiques. The host and staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally had a package delivered to the wrong address, and they helped me track it down and left it at my door. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they answered all my questions, and even provided great local food recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

This particular room we got was only big enough for one person in my opinion. We however had a very comfortable sleep on the beds. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal.Inside the lobby area, you are able to make tea or coffee throughout the day.There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend this place.

We always stay bere when.we come to Shanghai! The location is perfect to be in.the middle of the city and the apartment is just what we need for a family of.4. We will come to stay again soon.

I brought my kids here for a summer vacation and initially booked for three days. We ended up extending our stay for another three days because we loved it so much! First off, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond. Secondly, the location is fantastic. It's a 15-minute walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Bund is only about 400-500 meters away. The Yuyuan Garden metro station is just 300 meters behind the hotel, and Yuyuan Old Street is about a 10-minute walk. This makes it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. We've decided this will be our first choice next time we visit!

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

This guesthouse is located in an older residential area near Shanghai Railway Station, a bit off the beaten path. It seems to be an older establishment, so the facilities are quite basic, and the cleanliness is a bit lacking; there's a thick layer of dust on the window panes and frames. However, the bathroom has a water purification system, which is great as you can drink directly from it. For Shanghai, the price is quite affordable. It's also close to the railway, so you can hear some train noise.
