The interior environment is very cozy, extremely clean and tidy, and very quiet. The front desk service is excellent, and there are many snack options nearby, which is very convenient. It offers good value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Hanting Hotel offers a very convenient stay with a great location near the metro and within walking distance to The Bund, making it easy to explore major attractions like Nanjing Road shopping area and the riverside. The rooms are clean and provide enough space for a comfortable and practical stay, while the surrounding area has plenty of food options, convenience stores, and shops just outside the hotel. Overall, it is a simple, budget-friendly choice that is highly convenient for transport, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area, and it was spacious and clean. The two large beds were perfect for a family. It even had a washing machine and a fridge! There are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby, and it gets really bustling at night, which is fun. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and the walk is quite enjoyable with lots of interesting old buildings to see along the way. We stayed for three nights and found it really convenient for getting everywhere. Very satisfied!

Check-in was smooth; after customer service sent the password, we got into the room quickly without wasting any time. The room was very spacious, with two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dryer. You could also cook. The living room had a table and a coffee table, and there was still plenty of space even with four suitcases open. The air conditioning was great. We stored our luggage directly in the warehouse, and we could access it anytime; customer service was very responsive. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, offering excellent value for money.

The room is located on Yongkang Road, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. It's incredibly good value for money, especially considering the location; it works out to about 100 per person. The customer service was very professional, with excellent communication beforehand, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommended, I had a very comfortable stay. Five-star review!

This particular room we got was only big enough for one person in my opinion. We however had a very comfortable sleep on the beds. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal.Inside the lobby area, you are able to make tea or coffee throughout the day.There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend this place.

Nice staff and location. Building built in 2009. A bit older. Needs renovation. Apartment smells of sewage most of the time. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were making me itchy, but it happens sometimes as my skin is sensitive. Washer dirty, so didn't use.

I am a solo traveller .Hotel was very close to the bund and walkable to the yuan garden metro station and most of the attraction. The staff where very helpful and friendly. Speaks good english especially the morning and night shift girls. I had a partial view of the oriental pearl tower from my room.housekeeping did a great job on cleaning daily refilling water and amenities. I will come back again Only con was sometimes i can hear sounds from the hallway.

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

This guesthouse is located in an older residential area near Shanghai Railway Station, a bit off the beaten path. It seems to be an older establishment, so the facilities are quite basic, and the cleanliness is a bit lacking; there's a thick layer of dust on the window panes and frames. However, the bathroom has a water purification system, which is great as you can drink directly from it. For Shanghai, the price is quite affordable. It's also close to the railway, so you can hear some train noise.
