"The hotel location is good but the service needs to be improved much.The bedsheet had a hole in it,like it was teared and when I asked about jt theu told us all their bedding was old.I said.it is fine if it is older but the hole is not acceptable.Finally,they chenged the sheets without apology.The hotel has a restaurant and small swimming.pool which is nice,there are also chairs to lay on by the pool..Staff training.is.needed and.management has to think about investing in new bedding for sure."

"We booked this resort expecting strong inclines and steep steps in exchange for a spacious, beautiful villa in the jungle and it was completely worth the effort for the stunning views. The staff were welcoming, kind and informative.. the natural setting was beautiful, complete with wildlife and soothing nature sounds. (although not complete quiet you do hear the long tail boats but we didn't mind) We loved the huge, clean bathroom with botanical products and the comfortable bedding with the mosquito net, looked so cozy. So just be prepared for a significant climb but this is a great stay for 1-2 nights offering a serene and beautiful retreat."

WWan Mohd FazrulPerfect for family, but room can be improved as there were some issues found:
1. Slippery floor due to rainy season
2. The fire alarm suddenly activated while we were sleeping
Overall it was a great experience, staff services were good and friendly.

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

GGuest UserThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

GGuest UserThis is a true resort experience! You can take a boat to Railay Beach for rock climbing or book a speedboat island hopping tour directly through the hotel. During the tour, you can jump into the ocean, and we even saw beautiful jellyfish and a stunning sunset. Alternatively, you can stay at the hotel and enjoy activities like swimming, sunbathing, table tennis, billiards, and golf. The hotel's environment is incredibly beautiful; just stepping onto the grounds is refreshing. We later realized that the highest room rate on December 31st included a New Year's Eve gala dinner, which featured a very lavish meal and fantastic song and dance performances! There were also countdown fireworks! The New Year's atmosphere was incredibly lively! I will definitely be back! Such a delightful hotel!

GGuest UserStayed at Ananta Burin for 9 nights with family. I can't fault the staff for their friendliness or professionalism. Any issues with the rooms were fixed in a short amount of time including a faulty A/C. The buffet breakfast offered a good array of options but was let down by either food going cold/lukewarm or crispy items being soft. Icecream was included in the buffet was a nice touch. The resort rotates your selection each morning so there it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing each day.
My family loved the water slides and it was a lot of fun. The temperature of the pool was really pleasant which was unique from other hotels we stayed at during our Thailand trip. Unfortunately the river pool was not working in our stay and a number of water features around the property were also in the same category. It robbed the resort of some ambiance.
The resort is located on the northern side of Ao Nang and is a little quieter than other areas of Ao Nang which suited us just fine. Overall we would stay there again if we ever visited Ao Nang again.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great, is by the main road, so solo female travellers don't have to worry about walking in dark alley. There are 711s, many massage places and food places just a few steps away.
The service is great! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, I was attended to by P'Maria, she helped me with my check in and with the bookings of my day trips. Amazing service!
The room I got has pool access, and it was a huge room too! Love it. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Krabi.

GGuest UserIt started with the parking space in Front of the Hotel, the Reception came to the entrance to welcome us and asked for the ID/ Passport/ Credit Card and we got some refreshment. I am a Permanent Resident and this raise sometimes questions, because it's not so common. They only asked for my Driver License instead of my ID card, I guess because there is the Name in latin letters and Non Residence would have the Passport Number instead of the ID card number.
The checkin was very fast done and needed only the email and two signatures.
The room have a lot of space, a romantic lightning even in the bathroom. And it's direct at the beach.
All staff are super friendly. Even the internship in the Restaurant know was a good service is. And at the checkout we was asked to wait 5 min.. But it take less than 2 minutes. I work for hotels and know what is going on there and this is really impressive. Of course it will be in the high season not always possible to be that fast.
The breakfast buffet was more a brunch than just breakfast. From smoked salmon to cheese, even noodles with cheese, from chok to different curries was all there, different kind of bread and pastries, of course fresh fruits, a egg station and a good selection of juice and a coffee. Not every hotel offer in the low season a buffet and even less a huge buffet like this.
The location is direct on the sea and you don't see a lot of the area around, what gives 4 Stars. To go to a restaurant outside or see something nice, you need to drive. For us was this not the big issue, because we arrived anyway with the car and in 5 min. you find nice places. Also the street to the Hotel is small and some construction sides, but the people there are also all helpful.
The only part where the hotel could improve a little was the fish pond next to the Restaurant, there would be a cleaning needed. What would maybe be done at the next day. We was only one night there and this was not a real issue. But the reason why only 4 of 5 points. All another part of the hotel was in a great condition and very clean.
We loved it there and I am sure we will have some another stop overs there

SStephenQuattroThis place was a disappointment at the beginning. The reception staff had a very dismissive tone when we tried to book in early. The check in notice was smoothly pushed in front of us and it was unusual treatment from Thailand where people are always friendly even if they might not understand English very well. The rest of the resort was good. Good location right next to the beach, were you can see the tides coming in and out. The long tail boats stops right on the beach eager to take you wherever you want to go. I went to the reception toilet, sorry to share but it was amazingly clean and surprising after the unwelcome reception.

MM250545****I really didn't want to leave a bad review. The restaurant staff were great, and we had a lovely Christmas. However, we didn't have enough cash to pay for the restaurant, so we used WeChat Pay. Unfortunately, the staff member handling it was very unprofessional and didn't really know how to use it, so they called us back from the beach, which we cooperated with. Their attitude was terrible. I didn't make a fuss and just had my Thai-speaking friend communicate with them. While we were talking, I saw my slippers, which I had put in the room's trash can, being taken out by the baggage handler. He asked the young lady at the front desk to try them on, and when she didn't, he put them on himself. I found this absolutely disgusting. The front desk's attitude was also very poor. For a 1600 baht hotel, I don't understand how this level of service is acceptable.

LLimtIt is a great resort. The service of staffs are extremely friendly. Book The ocean view suites. Nice and spacious. However had to climb multiple flight of steps to the room unless you take their golf car to your building. Then again another flight of steps to the lift. Not too fun if you hurt your legs.
The room had a jacuzzi tub which is nice , but when we start filling up the tub, a lot of hair start floating in the water , hence we decided not to used it.
Toothbrush are not provided , if you do need one request from the counter.
The weird thing is that they only provide 1 door card. Hence if you are going out separately, you have to coordinate on the return with your other half.
The fridge is only functioning when the door card is plugged into. I bought a cake and it melted as we are out of the room with the door card.
However overall it is still a nice hotel.
