Grand Mercure Krabi Ao Nang

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exudes luxury and tranquility with a beautiful view. Despite being right in the city center, you wouldn't know it. Upon check-in, there was a misunderstanding regarding whether our booked room would have a bathtub. After some discussion, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony! The room is fully equipped with all amenities, and drinking water is refilled daily. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to give you an unforgettable experience. There are 3 different saltwater pools and 2 restaurants. You can also order food and drinks via a QR code to be delivered to your sun lounger by the pool. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. You can enjoy the view during breakfast both indoors and outdoors. There's also a fitness room with brand-new equipment. I honestly can't think of anything negative about this hotel, and if we're ever in Krabi again, we will definitely be back!

This was my solo trip and it was great! The front desk staff were very welcoming and the porters, room service, restaurant staff, and bar staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. Even the taxi service at the end was very professional! Thumbs up! 👍

I was very impressed with my stay at Grand Mercure Krabi Ao Nang. The room was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the reception staff were lovely and very attentive, especially the staff member who escorted me to my room – truly exceptional service! The food was also delicious and really suited my taste. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I have the chance. 🥰🥰🥰

The accommodation was clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. The pool was lovely, and the staff provided excellent service. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be regarding the welcome drink; it was given as a coupon that I had to redeem myself.

Had a great experience at the Grand Mercure Krabi. The hotel is well-located and close to all amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our requests. Since the hotel is built on a mountainside, it's laid out on several levels, which is something to consider when booking (you'll need to use the elevator and stairs to reach your room). The hotel is still undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise or disturbance.

Top notch! It was really great, we stayed 4 nights and all the staff were genuinely super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and hygienic. The only downside was that there were quite a few Indians, which wasn't ideal; they were quite boisterous, though of course, not everyone, but still. The hotel itself is excellent.
