The accommodation was clean and the atmosphere was great. It felt peaceful and private, even with foreign guests around, it wasn't overly noisy. It was a perfect getaway. The room was spacious, and we stayed in one with a private pool. The price was not expensive compared to other places. The pool was large enough to swim in, and at 170cm deep, it was just right. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting, and the walkways were easy to navigate. I loved it and it was convenient to get around.

Highly recommend! I regretted not booking this place from the start. We initially booked for 2 nights and ended up extending our stay! The location is quiet, and it was super convenient for us since we rented a scooter. I'd suggest just renting a scooter directly from the hotel; it makes drop-off easy, and their scooters are very new. Each room is individual, very clean, and smells lovely when you walk in. Plus, there's a microwave in the room, perfect for heating up food from 7-Eleven! Staying here felt really homey, not like a typical hotel. The staff's service was excellent, and they provide everything like toothbrushes. I absolutely loved it here! A major plus: the shower water here is quite clean; the filter we brought barely showed any change! If I ever come back to Krabi, I'll definitely book this place again!

They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by stunning scenery. The grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool is incredible, and there is such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It really feels like a true escape. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service has genuinely made such a difference. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the whole resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a real attention to detail that you would expect from Sofitel. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great choice of food and something for everyone. However, there were not many vegetarian options available, so it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. This is only a small point, though, and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we have absolutely loved our time here. Sofitel Krabi is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Krabi. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

Brought my family here after a hectic period of work, and it was exactly the kind of getaway we needed to unwind and heal together. ❤️ The location and price were perfect for me and my parents, and I truly feel this was one of the best choices for our stay. The hotel is spanking new! Renovation is ongoing in the other wing which should not put off people given it’s during office hours and most would be out in the beach or activities! The service is good and accommodating, location is ideal if you drive or don’t mind a short hike to the beach. 15 mins walk to Aonang Beach, free hotel tuk tuk shuttle is provided as well (limited but big and comfortable)

I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

Really beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.
