"I chose this hotel because I booked an early boat to Phi Phi Island the next day. In general, I was very satisfied with the price-performance ratio for a night. Of course, the facilities are relatively simple. I arrived late the night before. There was a seafood restaurant opposite. Although the price was not expensive, many dishes were salty. There were other restaurants farther away. We arrived after 8 o'clock. I heard from the hotel that the restaurant opposite closed at 8:30, so we were in a hurry to go. The pier is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. They can arrange airport pick-up from Krabi Airport. If there are 5-6 people, it is cheaper than two cars or 10-seater cars at the airport."

"Location- just outside of the main krabi town- close to a few restaurants and 1 min from a big (tesco) lotus supermarket Fine for us as we were travelling to koh lanta the next morning and only 15 mins from krabi airport Staff- extremely helpful, checked in late and helped us book transport to koh lanta. Recommend the shared mini bus rather than private car- 400 baht and you get driven the whole way over a mini ferry which the car will drive onto Breakfast- very good value for money- you get a lot of food!! We had omelettes plus croissants plus fruit! Room is basic but clean- good for one night and would stay again as a stopover"

"The stay was an absolute delight in many ways the cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, making it a very pleasant and refreshing place to relax. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic atmosphere, and the facilities were great—everything was lovely and well-maintained. However, there's a significant caveat the WiFi! It was exceptionally poor, majority of the time it was cutting out completely, and slow when it did connect."

"Location: The location is indeed quite convenient, with plenty of good food options nearby! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, about half an hour on foot. Facilities: The hotel facilities are just average. The hairdryer in the room wasn't very good. For a price of six to seven hundred, the facilities are comparable to those in a two to three hundred dollar hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was also just average. Service: The service was very attentive."

"We didn't realize it was peak season in December when we traveled to Krabi, Southern Thailand, so we opted for accommodation in Krabi Town to avoid the high prices of Ao Nang Beach. You can easily get to Ao Nang using Grab. The staff at the accommodation are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the hot water works well. The 4-person family room we moved into was quite spacious. The only drawback is the noise from cars and motorbikes since it's located near a road. However, we had no trouble sleeping."

"Not the resorts fault but the beach is rocky. Our longtail dropped us off in thing deep water and we didn’t know there were so many rocks that we had to walk on carrying our bags. I’m 62 female and I almost fell in afew tims as you slip off rocks.  Once in, the tour man on the beach was very friendly and he called the resort to get us a ride up the hill.  Our room that we booked we thought had a fridge but, Resort first room had no fridge so we had to pay another 500 baht a night for our meds so they could be in a fridge to find out the hotel has no power from 9 am- 5 pm daily. Our new room was by the pool, so that was nice. Lots of monkeys come daily to entertain you. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad but the prices for food or drinks are expensive.  We found a great restaurant just by our hotel that had 10 baht eggs each and each piece of toast was 10 baht - very reasonable. Pancakes with fresh bananas 80 baht and it was huge!  We booked this place in error and couldn’t cancel so be aware if using a site to book. and for the $100 Canadian a night it was too expensive for the location, another boat ride of 100 baht each to get to and then another to get off the hotel beach and then to go all day of no power.  Staff all very friendly, rooms are clean but out by the pool the same 2 towels stayed in a pile for the 2 nights we were there (no staff picked them up) and we never saw the pool get any attention inside the water or around the pool."

"Overall, a good hotel. Very, very comfortable bed, despite the noise from the road, slept well. Thick curtains, good air conditioning. Very friendly staff. There is an elevator, it was convenient to take things up to the 3rd floor. Large private parking. Of the minuses - unstable internet, constantly disconnects. The light in the bathroom did not work, there was not always hot water. The furniture in the room was not very clean, with stains, as if it had not been wiped before check-in. And very dirty windows, as if they had not been washed for a couple of years."

There is a kid club which is great for families with small kids. Breakfast offers varieties of foods and some chicken/meat options are labeled as halal, made it easier for Muslim guests. Overall great place to stay.

BBaileyJanineWe loved our week-long stay here, easy walk to both beaches, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and large and the enormous balcony with views over the mountains and the sea was the stand out feature for us - we spent a lot of time on the balcony! The pool was refreshing although unusual wedged between the 2 hotels with nowhere to sit or sunbathe! There were issues with electrical supply which affected the WiFi and water supply but the hotel staff were quick to inform us and apologise - there had been severe monsoon rains in the days before the issues started. We were eventually moved to the next door hotel to an equivalent room at no extra charge, while repairs were done - I hope its all fixed now for this lovely team of people.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

DDaniel LukeGreat small hotel, away from the busy street and only 2 minutes walk away... What really surprised me my child became really Ill and we panicked, went to the hotel reception to get medical attention and within 2 minutes they are at our door rushing our child to the hospital, stayed with us and explained and translated all the procedures and after a few hours my child was stable and was allowed to be discharged, the hotel took us back and anything that was needed they took care of us and always checking up on him, that was a call beyond duty... thank you!

NNurul Nadia MohamedStay Dates: 13 – 16 September 2025 We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids. We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!). Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient. Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great! Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

DDr. IsauraI recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

GGuest UserFirstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.  I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay. If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.

The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. GGuest UserVery good hotel! I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties) Say hello to the baby corgi who lives at the hotel!
