We stayed here for ten nights with family during the Songkran period. The hotel staff are great and they couldn't have been more helpful at reception, the room was always spotless clean too.

Helpful staff and very comfy bedding made the stay pleasant. The location and overall services were great as well. However, the toilet ventilation needs improvement, as the washroom can get quite smelly. Activities from hotel provided with complimentary or paid.

The Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach part of the IHG group, which we end up staying with for most of our trips was a solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach. The rooms are set a bit uphill from the lobby, but they provide a buggy service to help with luggage, which was very handy on arrival. To get down to the beach or restaurants you walk through the lovely pool area; there are plenty of elevators, though you still need to navigate a few sets of stairs along the way. Breakfast offered a good selection of various cuisines (Thai, Western, Indian, and continental options), the rooms were clean and tidy, and they had a good system for replenishing drinking water every day. The room size was just okay, nothing huge, but exactly what we expected for the category we booked.
