I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the facilities exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to New and Hakim, who made my stay truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a huge difference. They were always welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The entire staff provided excellent service, and the warm atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I look forward to returning and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Royal Nakara with our infant, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. The hotel also has a lovely pool, and its location is convenient—close to the night market and other tourist areas. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I'm quite good at choosing rooms! All the drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary! They even provide extra bottles of water! The breakfast quality is excellent, super delicious, even better than the Holiday Inn next door! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The service here is fantastic, the staff are all very nice and always smiling. Facilities: The pools are great for swimming, there are several, and even a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The massages are also very good and not expensive, and the therapists are skilled. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. Even the trash cans are spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The management is very professional. Although the room is a bit older, it's very clean and comfortable!

Highly recommend! I regretted not booking this place from the start. We initially booked for 2 nights and ended up extending our stay! The location is quiet, and it was super convenient for us since we rented a scooter. I'd suggest just renting a scooter directly from the hotel; it makes drop-off easy, and their scooters are very new. Each room is individual, very clean, and smells lovely when you walk in. Plus, there's a microwave in the room, perfect for heating up food from 7-Eleven! Staying here felt really homey, not like a typical hotel. The staff's service was excellent, and they provide everything like toothbrushes. I absolutely loved it here! A major plus: the shower water here is quite clean; the filter we brought barely showed any change! If I ever come back to Krabi, I'll definitely book this place again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Sofitel Krabi We have had the most wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by stunning scenery. The grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool is incredible, and there is such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It really feels like a true escape. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service has genuinely made such a difference. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the whole resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a real attention to detail that you would expect from Sofitel. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great choice of food and something for everyone. However, there were not many vegetarian options available, so it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. This is only a small point, though, and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we have absolutely loved our time here. Sofitel Krabi is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Krabi. It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

Beautiful hotel in Ao Nang located up in the mountains, surrounded by jungle. The rooms are spacious, wooden, and feel like a little retreat. There’s a shuttle that takes you up to your room, which is fun, but if you want to walk everywhere or walk to the beach easily, this place is probably not for you. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind you’ll hear nature sounds at night. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby though, which is convenient. The pool is beautiful, but they don’t sell alcohol there, so just know that in advance. Breakfast was okay, maybe 3/5, but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was really special.

Amazing hotel I highly recommend it. Staff are very friendly and made my stay there even better. I stayed there 3 times on my holiday as it was so good it’s Great for families , couples beautiful views . It’s on the beach and has amazing food on site but also a stroll two minutes up beach and there’s restaurants and bars cafes. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s outstanding.

Hotel look like palace. I like the room because it's very specious and large balcony. Hotel is old but very clean. Staff are super friendly. Especially all housekeeping are smiling when we walk pass. Location is facing beach and easily walk to Oanang Landmark which is street food and night market is there every night with life music on the beach. The o ly downside is gym is not fancy but very simple. Nothing like the bad review that we read before we booked. I am glad that we try them. It's all OK here.
