"Really great location, close to the Pier - everything in Railay Beach is within about 10-20 minutes walk, from one side of the "island" to the other, but being close to the Pier is good when you have to carry luggage. Big rooms, quiet resort, no children of course. One tip - dont try to check in early... even in low season where there was maybe 5 other rooms booked, they still made us wait until 2pm to go into our room. They do have an air conditioned waiting area, and even though out room was ready we still had to wait which was a shame. Also, the bar doesn't open until 3pm, so we couldn't buy a drink here while waiting. Aside from this, breakfast was pretty tasty, but minimal options. Still glad we booked with breakfast as most things aren't open until later in the day. Great place to stay for a couple of days, but next time I'd probably just visit Railay as a day trip from Ao Nang."

We accidentally left a bag at a rest stop on the way from Phuket to Krabi, and it had no contact information on the map. Ms. Apple proactively mobilized all online resources to quickly contact the small cafe where we lost the item, successfully retrieving our bag and preventing any loss. We are very grateful to Ms. Apple and all the hotel staff for their warm assistance. Thailand's sincerity and simplicity remain as wonderful as ever. Spending our most precious vacation time here was truly worth it!"
