We spent 3 nights here with kids and I must say that everything was excellent. Hotel room clean, spacious, beds comfortable, shower large and modern. The hotel comes with the slide at the swimming pool, my kids enjoyed and loved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others with kids. Thank you for your hospitality and lovely staffs.

On our 3rd trip to Krabi, 2nd time staying here. The hotel has a beautiful mini water park with fast slides, which is great for older kids or even adults. We were allowed to check in early after checking out and walking over from a neighbouring hotel at noon, appreciated that! Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is good with restaurants and shops nearby. The kids wished that we could stay longer. Would definitely consider staying a 3rd time in the future if we come back to this area.

Nice hotel for family. Children can have fun at swimming pool. There are 2 pools, one is relaxing pool and one is fantasy pool. Relaxing pool water is dirty. However Fantasy pool is nice as there is water slides , kids and adult also can have fun here

The room is fine but service is poor. My daughter forgot her doll while we arrived and waited for check-in. We requested to see the CCTV but the officer said ‘ You had to wait until tomorrow at 8 am’. Next morning we asked the front officer again and they said ‘You can come to see at noon’. Then I checked out at noon and asked them about CCTV, the officer told me to see at 2 pm. What’s????? You postpone 3 times. Your service mild is very bad. If you think it just a doll, it’s not. It’s a Kid feeling which hope to hug her doll again. I will not go to this hotel again and forever.

The pool and the slide were a good entertainment for kids . The hotel room is quite run down . But the staff was very attentive and prompt in service . Had to ask the staff to change the pillow as it really smells . The toilet was stuck once but they quickly solve it. Breakfast spread was sufficient, but you can get better coffee and food outside.
