It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

We recently stayed at Sofitel Krabi and had a mixed experience. What we liked: the pool area was pleasant and relaxing, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the location is quite convenient. The General Manager was polite, and the room cleaning was generally thorough. What we didn’t like: the rooms felt old and in need of renovation, with amenities of fairly low quality. The staff could be rigid at times, and accessing the beach requires crossing a busy road. Despite being officially prohibited, smoking was allowed in some common areas. Additionally, all services come at an extra cost—even those that are often included in other hotels, such as certain sports activities or pool equipment—and prices are very high, often two to three times more than what can be found just outside the hotel. Overall, the property has potential and some nice features, but certain aspects left us disappointed given the price point.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

Its main highlight is the 'Fantasy World' pool with its large water slides, making it one of the best-reputed family-friendly hotels in Krabi. It's about a 5-minute walk to Nopparat Thara Beach and only 10-15 minutes to Ao Nang Night Market. Restaurants and convenience stores are right outside the hotel. * **Room Types & Dining:** Family rooms are spacious, and some even have direct pool access. Breakfast offers a wide variety (including ice cream for kids), but reviews are mixed; it can get crowded during peak times, and the coffee and juice are just average. * **Service & Hygiene:** Staff are generally friendly and professional, but some guests have reported that certain facilities (like restrooms) aren't maintained or cleaned adequately, and occasionally there are small ants in the rooms. The hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out. One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

Great hotel. Nice and clean room. Excellent service from Mr. Tawan and team. We like the swimming pool a lot..Will be back again. Just one thing, the floor is very slippery when wet especially during the rainy season, I almost fell down twice. Hope that the management can do something about the slippery floor. Helpful staff and very comfy bedding made the stay pleasant. The location and overall services were great as well. However, the toilet ventilation needs improvement, as the washroom can get quite smelly. Activities from hotel provided with complimentary or paid.

stayed at BlueSotel Ao Nang last week and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The location is also very convenient, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, so it was easy to move around and enjoy Ao Nang. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I also really liked the hotel facilities and the relaxing environment. Overall, everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend BlueSotel Ao Nang to anyone visiting Krabi, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is amazing! It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture. The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition. The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area. The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
