The rooms are clean and spacious, with separate bathrooms and toilets. All amenities are provided. There's ample parking with security staff. There's also a swimming pool, and during my stay, they even had a foam party. The breakfast is a standard hotel buffet with a good variety of choices and delicious food. The staff are friendly and cheerful, offering great service. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Ao Nang Beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

The room isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate, and the balcony is great for drying swimsuits. It's within walking distance to Ao Nang Beach, and the street right outside has all the shops and services you could need, which is super convenient. The pool-view rooms can be a bit noisy, but the mountain-view rooms are quieter. Every time I asked for fresh towels, they were delivered very promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money. The front desk can also arrange island hopping tours; I booked a Phi Phi Island plus four islands trip, and it was quite good.

The hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out. One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

An incredibly smart choice, we loved this French-style hotel with huge gardens! The twin beds were super big and comfortable, and the room hygiene was spot-on – truly five-star worthy! It's worth mentioning that the Italian restaurant, both service and dishes, was top-notch; we enjoyed it so much we went twice. The White Lotus Thai restaurant was also delicious, and the service was very attentive! The hotel pool is massive, really fun, and great for families with kids! Every staff member we encountered had excellent service awareness and was very nice! It's only about a 20-minute drive to the meeting point for island-hopping in the morning, which is totally acceptable and very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven within a 10-minute walk, so it's easy to grab drinks and snacks. All in all, our whole family loved it, a truly memorable hotel experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to families. The resort is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that children can enjoy. The kids' pool was one of the highlights of our trip—it was well-designed, clean, and provided hours of fun for the little ones. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The team at the check-in counter was warm, professional, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail evident throughout the property. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We love staying here with my kids .. large room , friendly staff and easy to get grab from here to go ao nang only 200b .. 30min from Ao Nang by car Very calm with not much people here and the sunset view is spectacular Can request for halal breakfast and they will guide you which meals Muslim ppl can eat .. the orange juice is superb Will come here again when visiting Krabi

Centara Life Phu Pano has the infrastructure to be a 5-star property, but unfortunately the level of service and attention to detail falls well short of that, making it feel more like a 3-star experience. The positives first: the pool is fantastic and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The longtail boat ticket booth for Railay and the nearby islands is about a 20-minute walk (or just a short, inexpensive Grab ride away). The hotel also offers a shuttle, although the schedule didn’t fit our plans, so we never used it. Our room was on the small side but comfortable enough. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning, which automatically shut off every two hours throughout the night. We reported this to reception three separate times during our four-night stay. Each time we were told maintenance had checked it, but the problem was never resolved, forcing us to wake up repeatedly every night to turn it back on. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. One afternoon, housekeeping cleaned our room but forgot to leave any towels. We informed reception, spent about two hours at the pool, and returned to find that nothing had been delivered. We had to go back to reception a second time and explain that we wanted to shower immediately and could not wait any longer. Even then, we were asked to wait in the lobby until someone finally brought us two basic towels. This simply shouldn’t happen. Another example of the lack of attention to detail was a plate of leftover food left outside a room, right next to a staff area, that remained in the corridor for three days. It was only removed after we informed reception. On the positive side, the kettle in our second room wasn’t working, but it was replaced promptly once reported. Overall, I would stay here again if the price is right, mainly because of the excellent pool and convenient location. Just don’t expect the level of service normally associated with the Centara brand. Local tips: We highly recommend Image Wash for laundry—their industrial machines wash and dry everything in about 45 minutes. For affordable and delicious Thai food, Dee Dee Restaurant on the main road became one of our favorite spots.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind. We had a two storey room with a private pool. The breakfast buffet was very nice and there was a variety of food. There were many halal food places, massage shops and tourist advice places close to the hotel. We requested a floating basket for breakfast and it was beautifully decorated and served. Unfortunately, the water in the shower was sometimes too cold and the sink kept getting blocked but the staff managed to deal with it quite quickly. We loved the hotel.
