This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

GGuest UserThis place offers incredible value for money given the price and accommodation! Each person gets their own private villa right by the pool. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are super comfortable. We actually found the location to be an advantage, not a disadvantage. It's quiet, close to the rainforest, and surrounded by local life, unlike the noisy Ao Nang beach area. It's perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet. The only minor drawback was that Grab couldn't find the location, and drivers struggled with directions. I'd suggest the owner look into fixing this.

TTati_13They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.

GGuest UserAll staff very friendly and polite, and having welcome drink serve. My kids very enjoyed swimming pool and the staff very touched having the bubble balls for them, i remember after we back to hotel while raining, them also serve us and pass umbrella, very friendly. The breakfast prepared very nice and enough, very enjoy at here. I very recommend my friends and family come here again!!!

The service was good, very professional but it felt like the staff were missing the usual friendliness of Thai people , probably they were trained to do so. Room cleaning had to be called every day to lobby to get cleaned.
The swimming pool itself made us stay at the resort for two days to enjoy it. For the hotel nightly price the breakfast seemed like it had a little less variety to choose from, for four days that we stayed menu for breakfast was mostly indian food. And my kid doesnt eat indian food. The price of items was ok but the crazy amount of extra charges we didnt really understand. For example for room service, VAT 7% + Service charge 10% + delivery charge 250baht…. An item on menu that costs 500 baht comes out to be almost 1000 baht after its ordered… otherwise the resort itself was great.

LLam KuenIt took about 40 minutes and 390 baht to get to the hotel from the airport using a Bolt ride-hailing service. The hotel room was very spacious, with enough room for two double beds. The air conditioning and water pressure were good. The pool wasn't small, and the water was deep enough for adults. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options, with slight changes daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from the beach, making access very easy. It's also just a 2-minute walk to the main street, offering a quiet yet very convenient location.Areas for improvement: The remote-controlled lighting was a bit inconvenient, there were small insects in the room, and the pool closed too early at 6 PM.

GGuest UserGreat location, and the small bungalows and houses look quite nice. However, the front area near the beach, including the pool and restaurant, wasn't very well-maintained and was partly dirty. The pool water was cloudy and not very inviting, so I didn't use it. I had a 'new room,' which sounds good, but it wasn't. It was inadequately furnished – nowhere to put luggage, no chair... and it was very unclean. It seemed nothing had been cleaned after construction, as protective plastic was still stuck everywhere. The wardrobe was just a rail where the kettle and other items were also placed. At least they quickly brought me more hangers when I asked. The only really good thing was the new sun loungers on the balcony. My room wasn't cleaned, and when I inquired, I was told I had to leave my room key at reception for that. Seriously? I've never encountered that before, and it would have been helpful if they had informed me. Breakfast was very basic, and I didn't like the coffee. However, the à la carte dinner was delicious.

GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.

MMarlé South AfricaReally beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
