Spa Hotels in Medan

This is my second time. And every time i tap room card at door it always error and i have turn back to front desk. Very disappointed. Room average, wifi also not good. But indeed its cheap.

I’ve stayed here twice. The rates are cheap, but the rooms are always really clean. Breakfast options are limited. But it's nicely seasoned. Strangely, many of the rooms in this hotel have no window. Could you please use better quality beans for the ground coffee in the morning?

Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

Nice hotel, I've eaten in the restaurant before, I didn't expect the takeaway to be so good, very delicious, the dishes are also fresh and very delicious.

Trip.com is bad rating 8.5 / 10 for cleaningness. My children entering hotel request to change hotel. Badly cannot change hotel. Trip.com simply promoting a hotel without audit another word blindly recommendation. The picture show tidy and clean and comfort but end up my children told me the bedsheet supposed to be white but in actually is grey.
