"The room was great, on the 21st floor, directly facing Yongtai Gate, offering a good view of the ancient city's layout. They also provided 4 bottles of high-quality spring water in the room. Breakfast was rich, including Cantonese options. On the day we left, we asked the front desk for a late check-out until 3 PM, and they agreed. Even though it's an older five-star hotel, it still maintains its quality. Very good. And it's convenient to get to the ancient city."

Guest UserThe overall new Chinese decoration style, wooden bed, wooden table, official hat chair, embroidered pillowcase, cotton and linen slippers, is relatively new.
#Facilities
• Like: There is a direct drinking faucet, which is more user-friendly; the voice assistant ”Xiaomei Xiaomei” is very convenient, and you can switch some electrical appliances and adjust the temperature, such as TV, air conditioning, and lighting.
• To be optimized: there is one pillow, and it is very low, not friendly enough for friends who like to sleep higher (the pillow cannot sleep as a pillow); the mattress is very hard, like some homestays, not enough as the standard of the hotel; The instructions for shower and shower, water release are not clear enough, resulting in the original intention to use the shower to flush a foot, but was drenched in water; I hope to add a smart curtain to ”Xiaomei”, no longer need to manually operate;
#Hygiene: The whole is OK, the details need to be perfected. Bugs were found on the bed, maybe because of summer.
#Environment: The hotel has been open for 24 years, so the decoration environment has nothing to say, and there are functions such as bathing, banquet hall, conference room. The charging pile is also sufficient, and there are quite a lot of parking spaces on the ground.
#Service: The lobby staff can be very intimate to help me package the Chinese medicine and put it in the 4-story refrigerator. But although I had dumplings at 11 o'clock, this shouldn't be the regular demand of hotel customers. I waited for half an hour and didn't send them (the paper was sent quickly). If I didn't go downstairs to the car to get them, I guess I have to wait a while. I hope that dumplings can be prepared at the front desk.

jijuan_888Coming from Shanghai, I searched for hotels close to the airport on the Internet before. I feel that this is not bad. It is actually unexpectedly good!
 Although this place is a bit biased, the traffic is quite convenient. His family has a business banquet and a bathing center. When I come over at night, there are quite a lot of guests.
The price/performance ratio is still OK,  The sound insulation effect is a bit general, the room is quite big, it looks clean and tidy, there is no breakfast in the morning, and I can order takeaway

Chengyoufeng2313Perhaps because of its proximity to the competition venue, the coach chose this hotel for my child's competition. It's located in a courtyard, and parking is available, though it requires some driving skills. The hotel is a bit old; the facilities are okay, but the price is relatively high. Especially concerning is that when checking in at the front desk, they didn't specify a 12 PM check-out time, even though Ctrip listed it as 2 PM. Then, at 11:57 AM the next day, they called to request a refund, threatening to charge extra if we didn't. My family called me, and I immediately called the hotel to explain that Ctrip showed a 2 PM check-out time. The hotel staff said it was a problem with the Ctrip platform, and that our check-out time was 12 PM. I said 12 PM was fine, but we should have informed them at least ten minutes in advance or when checking in. Ultimately, the hotel agreed to let us pack and come down without extra charge. However, after I contacted my family at the hotel, they said they were in a frantic rush to pack and check out after receiving the call, basically coming downstairs to check out within three to five minutes. You can imagine how chaotic it was.
A very embarrassing hotel experience! 😂
