The room was fully equipped with amenities, including a smart TV, high-speed internet, and individual air conditioning, satisfying all my needs during the trip. Furthermore, the room had ample natural light, with sunlight streaming through the windows, brightening my mood. Sitting by the window, admiring the city view outside, this comfort and tranquility made me forget the fatigue of travel. Attentive Service, Heartwarming The hotel's service made me feel a warmth like home. Whether it was the quick check-in process or responding to my requests during my stay, they handled everything promptly and efficiently. On one occasion, I accidentally left an item behind, and upon learning of it, the staff immediately began searching and returned it to me at the earliest possible time, which deeply moved me. Another time, I felt unwell during my trip, and upon hearing this, the staff proactively offered me medicine and care, making me feel cared for even in a foreign place. Their dedicated service made me feel the warmth of home during my travels. Delicious Breakfast, A Great Start to the Day The hotel's breakfast was also a highlight. The restaurant environment was elegant, spacious, and bright, allowing me to enjoy the views outside while savoring the food. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, a mix of Chinese and Western options, catering to different guests' tastes. From steaming hot porridge, bread, pastries, to fresh fruits, salads, and beverages, every dish was meticulously prepared and delicious. Especially the hotel's signature breakfast, which was simply unforgettable. Here, I could start each day with a hearty breakfast, filling me with energy for my travel itinerary. This stay at the hotel provided me with an unforgettable experience."

"Cleanliness: terrible. Didnt notice the urine stain around the toilet bowl until second day. Informed the counter but can only clean the next day. Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work. Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing. Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes. Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright."
