"Choosing this hotel for my trip was a really smart move; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and the layout was cozy and comfortable. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – which made for excellent sleep. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, patiently answering all my questions. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"Atour hotel is good if proximity to Dalian Bei train station is essential. It was a 8-9minute drive to the train station. Check-in process was inattentive. We had inquired about our pre-arranged online purchases which were supposed to be delivered prior to my arrival. I had informed the hotel via trip.com app that I had purchased some items for winter use and delivered to the hotel-the front counter staff were not very helpful until Ms Fei Yu 菲羽 arrived. She enthusiastically helped us call the delivery company to enquire the status of the parcels and rearrange another delivery so we received our warm packs on time. She took the extra step to inform her colleagues and even helped us pack an early breakfast on our departure day when we had to catch an early train to Changbaishan. Kudos to 菲羽 and her service excellence!"

"Went there with a friend. It's a five-minute walk to the beach. You can go to Rainbow Highway and General Stone. There's a shopping mall opposite, so it's very convenient to eat. You can see the sea from the window. The hotel is very smart, comfortable, warm, and cost-effective. It's very clean. The owner is very beautiful and enthusiastic. I will book her next time."

"The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt every morning. It was very convenient to have daily essentials delivered to the room upon request. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, always willing to help and very responsible. The breakfast was also good, and the central location made getting around easy. "This was my first time staying at this hotel chain, and the facilities far exceeded my expectations! The Mlily brand bedding made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The large TV screen with clear picture quality was perfect for binge-watching shows during my downtime. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and hot water was instantly available. Plus, there's a laundry room on the first floor, which is a huge convenience for business travelers – no more laundry worries! They also have a free coffee machine at the front desk, so you can grab a coffee anytime. The attention to detail is truly impressive, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic!"

"The hotel's decor is really nice, the facilities are new, and it's very clean with great service. The surrounding area is also excellent. The best part is its super close proximity to the stadium, which makes catching a game incredibly convenient, and parking is easy too."

"This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!"
