This apartment-style family accommodation was great because it had a large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dining table. My parents were very satisfied as we could do a quick load of laundry in the room and then gather around the dining table in the evening. We had to wait a bit long for the lobby elevator, which was inconvenient, but we found an elevator that goes to another commercial area, which was much easier. It was also nice to have restaurants and a spa within the same complex. All the lobby staff were friendly. I would definitely visit again next time.

The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Just across the street from Venice Water Park. The check-in service was great, but the restaurant staff's attitude was just so-so. The coffee machine was also out of order. Usually, hotels place disposable coffee cups next to the machine, but there weren't any here. When I asked for one, they said they didn't have any, and only reluctantly gave me one after I insisted. Hope they can improve on this.

My stay at the Lavande Hotel Dalian was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The room was spotless and odor-free, and the 'forest air purification system' made the air fresh and comfortable. The Mousse mattress was soft and supportive, ensuring a really sound sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch, making shower time incredibly relaxing. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was nutritious and delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money, with attention to detail and a refined, quiet environment. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dalian!

The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby offers complimentary tea, and the delivery robot that brings takeout to your room is a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short getaways. I highly recommend it – if you're coming to Dalian, this is the place to stay!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

Excellent service, the butler was very prompt in answering all our questions. Everyone here is so welcoming! The sea view is stunning, and the breakfast selection is quite extensive. In the evening, you can even enjoy a couple of drinks at the beach bar. Plus, at night, you can just sit outside and gaze at the moon, completely lost in thought.

I happened to arrive when a suite was available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and arranged for me to stay in a suite. The room exceeded my expectations; the pillows were large and very comfortable. The hotel had a pleasant scent—no stale, old hotel smell, nor the overly strong fragrance found in most hotels. Its location near two subway stations makes transportation convenient. Dalian Shopping Mall is right across the street, so after dropping off my luggage, I could immediately start exploring and dining.

This was my second time choosing this hotel for a layover because it's close to the airport. Last year's stay was great, the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. This year, I booked a standard double room. When I arrived, the receptionist said the window was an interior view window facing the corridor. Since I need a window in my room, I asked how much an exterior view window would cost. I think booking directly through Ctrip usually costs an extra 40+ RMB. Of course, I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade for free, so I asked the receptionist how much extra it would cost. She looked at the computer screen with a calculating expression and said, ”Add 99 RMB.” I said, ”Oh? Isn't it only 40+ RMB?” Then they asked for my ID. I didn't say whether I needed it or not. Seeing that I didn't react, they didn't look at me, still looking at the screen, and said, ”Okay, here's 49 RMB.” I said, ”No need. The original room is fine.” This is supposed to be a proper hotel, but upgrading a room is like a free market? The TV remote was covered in a thick layer of dust, probably because it wasn't used often and the staff hadn't cleaned it properly. I pressed a button and the TV turned on, but then the remote stopped working. I opened the back cover and saw that the batteries were chewed up and bent out of shape – I wonder how long ago it was? Was it a previous guest or a staff member? My flight was at 7:30 the next day, so I asked the front desk for a 5:00 wake-up call. The receptionist was very responsible. The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service before 7:00, so I hailed a taxi outside the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi.
