5/5PerfectI had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was a great experience and I felt like a Queen for a day! I can't say one bad thing about this place! Always has been a place I wanted to visit for aslong as I have been in Dalian. So glad I could finally go and I hopefully will visit soon again! I would definitely suggest staying in a room with a view of the ocean! I wish the foreign restaurant was open but the food at the Chinese restaurant was also amazing!

5/5PerfectWhat a stay. The staff were professional and very helpful. Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful They sat up a crib for my daughter. Room service was delicious and not to mention the breakfast buffet absolutely wonderful. It really is a luxury stay and I will return for sure. I really enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the interior is modern and beautiful. Luxury at its best.

4.7/5OutstandingWe had a wonderful time at The Castle Hotel! Not only is it beautiful and very clean, but the service was great! The manager Lingling, Daniel from concierge services and Charles were all extremely helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was excellent and the buffet had both Chinese and western options. Our only complaint was Room service since they didn’t have a lot of the options from the menu and we were not impressed with the plates we got. I know they had a full house on NYE so that could be the reason why but on January 1st we were once again offered the same limited options. The hotel has a privileged location with amazing views! We certainly hope to be back in the near future. 100% recommended!
