I came to Dalian without much planning, even choosing the hotel based on good reviews, and it turned out to be even better than expected. **Location:** Right outside is Xinghai Square, and you can walk to the beach. A taxi from the airport takes about half an hour. There's a subway station nearby; I took the subway to the airport when I left, with one transfer, which was very convenient. **Service:** Full marks! The front desk staff and cleaning crew were incredibly warm and helpful. One day I wasn't feeling well, and after telling the butler, they even helped deliver breakfast to my room. **Facilities:** The bed and pillows were super comfortable; I slept wonderfully all four nights. The room also had a fridge with complimentary drinks that were refilled daily โ€“ not just a one-time freebie! On the first day, there were welcome fruits and snacks, drip coffee, and free disposable toiletries. The whole room was smart-enabled, and the large sofa was also very comfy, perfect for sitting and watching the projector screen. **Breakfast:** Every day, the butler would send a message in advance with two options to choose from, and you could get refills if needed. I especially want to praise the coffee; the hot Americano I ordered was delicious, without any bitterness โ€“ really high quality.

SShenyangjinxuanya.Come check in at Dalian's internet-famous puppy Fimia's homestay~ The B&B is located at Dalian Fisherman's Wharf, directly opposite the sea. The first floor is a breakfast restaurant + coffee bar, and the second floor is a B&B. The overall accommodation is very retro and very photogenic. The environment is super good. I stayed in a triple room for two nights and a quadruple room for one night. The price is fair and reasonable! I came before May Day so there weren't that many people. The big bed in the room faces the sea, it has a duplex structure, dry and wet separation, clean bedding, and it is pet-friendly! ! ! I brought a kitten and a puppy. My dog โ€‹โ€‹is very well behaved and doesn't bark. The staff will also take care of the kittens and puppies. Travel photography at the pier: I especially want to praise the travel photography! The retouching is super natural, Iโ€™m not even wearing any makeup! The photos you took of me look really good. Iโ€™ll give you five for free! Posting to Moments is especially chill Service: The breakfast is very good, and the best way to describe it is clean! The wontons are freshly made by the old man, the noodles are all hand-rolled, the shrimp paste is especially delicious, and the Italian meat sauce is not bad either! I want to praise the coffee, the Americano and latte are very pure~

I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

What moved me most was the service at the Dalian Grand Hyatt Hotel (assuming 'ไธ€ๆ–นๅŸŽๅ ก้…’ๅบ—' refers to Grand Hyatt Dalian, given its castle-like appearance). Before I even arrived, they called me to ask about our preferences and any special requests. When they heard I was traveling with seniors and children, they offered an early check-in. Upon arrival, everyone from the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and gentle voices. Knowing I was from out of town, they shared recommendations for local food and sightseeing. Our hotel butler was also incredibly attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Even though my booking didn't include breakfast, the butler arranged for us to receive complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel also offers a free travel photography service, which my mom loved โ€“ the photographer was very professional and patient. A big thank you to the entire team at Dalian Grand Hyatt; you are a role model for hotels not just in Northeast China but across the whole country! **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Hygiene:** Room was clean and tidy. **Environment:** Beautiful, perfect for seniors, children, and couples. **Service:** The best service attitude I've ever encountered. GGuest UserThis was my first time splurging on such an expensive hotel. But, apart from some services, I didn't feel it was worth the 3.5K price tag during the May Day holiday. I called ahead to let them know my needs, and since I was arriving early, they reserved a room for me, allowing me to check in by 11 AM. The front desk attendant who checked me in was very enthusiastic and attentive, with excellent service. However, for a hotel that opened in 2024, the room facilities already seemed a bit old and not well-maintained. Also, the room size was quite small. 40 square meters is on the smaller side for a luxury hotel. During my stay, I requested an iron, but when it arrived, plugging it in tripped the circuit breaker, making it unusable. When I asked for help, the response was very slow. They couldn't figure out why it wasn't working (they kept saying the iron was broken). Eventually, I discovered it was the outlet that had tripped. It was only then that they called engineering to reset the breaker. The service response time was quite slow, at least 20 minutes. The pool was small and shallow, and there were many children during the May Day holiday. The toiletries in the pool shower room were not the same as those in the room. For breakfast on the second day, when I ordered a freshly made dish, the chef didn't respond immediately. In fact, he only started making my food after finishing his conversation. And one chef was even frying eggs without wearing a mask. However, the waitresses were very thoughtful and provided excellent service. Overall, I didn't feel like I got a 3K+ experience. The experience was a bit disappointing. The most outrageous thing was that when the front desk followed up on feedback, they even got my last name wrong.

I stayed at 3 different hotels, and I honestly think the Hard Rock Hotel deserves a great review. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and very meticulous, and check-in was exceptionally fast. Then, a staff member named 'Yi Yang Qian Xi' (a playful reference to a celebrity, likely implying excellent service) helped carry my luggage to the room, which I found very thoughtful and considerate. Both the hotel's hardware and software aspects left me very satisfied! The key thing is, during the May Day holiday, among hotels in the average price range of 800-1000, the Hard Rock Hotel truly stands out in all aspects. Whether it's the location, the hotel facilities, or the staff's service attitude and professionalism, everything was excellent. This is my genuine review, not a insincere one written to get discounts or gifts, but a true reflection of my stay!

Environmentally, it's nestled in a quiet bay, and from our window, we could see the clear blue sea and sky. Every corner of the interior was clean and elegant. The service was impeccable, from proactively communicating our needs to thoughtfully preparing children's amenities โ€“ every detail was meticulously handled. The biggest surprise was how perfect it is for kids: our children had so much fun they didn't want to leave, and the adults were completely relaxed. HHLIdlenessThis is the first hotel I stayed in that has a hostel feel, rather than a cheap rental house or a fancy capsule hotel. The service and facilities are worth the price. Some of the shortcomings that are not as good as those of a star hotel (average sound insulation, light-transmitting curtains, slow draining of the floor drain) can be overcome (earplugs and eye masks take longer to wash), or in other words, they are not a problem at the cost of 64 per day. There is a Lawson nearby (open 24 hours), the nearest subway station is Xianggong Street, and there is a McDonald's to the south. Take the subway for 2 stops to Roosevelt Square, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk is open from 7:30 to 23:00. The boss is a nice person and has three cats (Mocha, Xiaojiu and Erhei).
