"To get to the hotel from Sendai Station, head towards the West Exit on the 1st floor and continue until you reach the Hanakyoin Exit. From there, it's about a 3 to 5-minute walk, which is the shortest route. The hotel is in a quiet area, and there are two FamilyMart convenience stores very close by. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, where the lounge also offers a variety of complimentary amenities for guests to choose from, as well as free coffee, ice cream, and other beverages. There's a laundry room on the 3rd floor. Overall, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels I've stayed at, highly recommended."

"The meals were excellent, both nights featuring special dishes. They were delicious and beautifully presented. We stayed in the Meigetsu room, which was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. If I had to suggest any improvements, I'd like to see bath towels in the changing room, and perhaps one more bonfire in the open-air bath. The pillows were a little low; it would be nice if they provided memory foam pillows or similar. The shuttle bus service was also infrequent. The biggest area for improvement is the lack of a laundry facility. Doing laundry after returning home was a real hassle. Many of the staff were foreigners, but they all worked very hard. The open-air bath was fantastic! I went in seven times during my two-night stay! I definitely want to go again next time!"

While some equipment wasn't the newest, everything worked smoothly without any issues. The hygiene was also excellent; the bedding looked super clean, and there was no dust on the floors or tables. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area 🏨"

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I highly recommend trying it; the variety was truly impressive. They offered everything from noodles and rice dishes to curry, miso soup, and various pastries. There was just so much to choose from!"
