Mountain view Hotels in Koh Chang

I was referred to this resort by a couple who I met in Chonburi, I decided to make a reservation and drive to Trat to catch the car ferry. The google directions weren't correct as it tries to take you to the small bridge which is only passable via motorbikes etc. Driving a further 2klms where you follow the signs you arrive at the back of the resort. The Bungalow was great, basic room with a separate toilet/shower room. The room has air conditioning, wall fan and mosquito net. Sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the gardens to the beach. A foot tap to wash your feet is available at the steps to each bungalow. There are no fridge's in the Bungalow but there is a common fridge that you can use at the reception hut which is available 24/7 just mark your items with the room number. The gardens are immaculate and well looked after, plenty of deck chairs, lounges to enjoy under the shady trees. Two 600ml bottles of water are provided daily and left on the balcony of each bungalow daily. Its a 40m walk to the water, similar to the adjoining restaurant Siam Kitchen. I found The Beach Cafe about 100m up the beach front to have a higher quality of food and portion size another restaurant that I would recommend is Indie Beach Cafe. Jebbi the manager of the resort is always onhand and available to assist. Great low key resort, chilled and recommended.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. Since there aren't many reviews, I wanted to share more. The owner is a very welcoming foreigner who offers transportation services with his own cars to anywhere you need to go. While the cost might be a little high, the service is incredibly thoughtful. They also offer four breakfast options, so you can try something different each day. The hotel is right by the sea. I booked a sea-view room hoping to be closer to the beach, but the room itself only offered a view of the ocean. However, the room was incredibly spacious, like a one-bedroom apartment with a living area, plus a balcony right by the pool. I could truly relax there. The cleanliness was good, and the service was excellent. They usually clean the room around noon. I stayed for three nights and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Unexpectedly found this hotel, it has a swimming pool and the room environment is great, quite spacious too. Breakfast is simple but good. There's a 7-Eleven not far from the entrance! Excellent value for money for an economy hotel!

A beautiful hotel with sea access on the rocks. You'll go down, up, and never go back. It's a long walk to the beach without a motorbike, although even Chai Chet Beach is a 45-minute walk. Breakfast is varied, but they only change the soup and three types of scrambled eggs to choose from. There's a balcony with a table and clothes drying rack, panoramic windows with mosquito nets, and a new air conditioner. Peacocks roam the grounds. There's a flat-screen TV, but we didn't turn it on.

Nice Location close to the beach. Good variety of bars and restaurants in that area. Clean room. There is also a Restaurant with a Pool table included in the Hotel. The bathroom is a bit small.

description and reality are different. I booked a luxury room with a king size bed and a mountain view, but they gave us a room with a road view. They said that only large beds with a road view. The manager tried to fix the situation and offered us the top floor. All night long the music in the bar was screaming under the window and cars were making noise on the road. L'établissement est très bien entretenu, propre et situé en bord de mer, avec une belle piscine. Cependant, la baignade en mer est impossible en raison des rochers. Il est recommandé d'avoir une mobylette pour se déplacer. Le seul petit bémol concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui manque de variété et se compose principalement de plats à base d'œufs. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Amazing staff who did all they could to correct any issues. Nice clean room with fridge and kettle etc. Housekeeping were fantastic. Great beachfront location, nice pool, nice restaurant and comfort bed in the heart of town but not loud at night at all, ideal for those wanting to be in town but not party too hard

The accommodation is good, quiet, near the sea, clear water, delicious breakfast, the owner provides very good service.
