GGuest UserThe staff at this hot spring resort are very warm and friendly, very attentive and polite, making people feel very comfortable. The room has a good sense of space and the lobby is spacious and luxurious. Wen Yequan is very comfortable. There are many types of dinner, but the taste is not outstanding. I have a suggestion that the hotel should add an email contact method, as it is too inconvenient to contact using a Japanese phone number.

GGuest UserWe use it when there are events. I am satisfied with both the service and facilities, but I was disappointed with the bath this time due to the construction of the bath.
I think about it every time, but Kawara-no-Yu is an elegant bath with a beautiful view, but when you arrive at it after walking down a long hallway, it's full and you can't get in, so you end up having to go back again. We would like to provide a service that allows us to check the current situation.

喜喜歡旅行的Lily20231125 The room is oversized and can sleep 6 people. Take the Western Line from Sendai and get off at the hotel for 1 minute, but it is too dark in winter and there is no street light to see the road. If you don't order dinner after 7 pm, you can go to the 3rd floor to have a place to eat simple ramen.
