The room itself was quite spacious, and the hotel facilities were new and very clean. The only downside was the lack of a hot spring, which was a bit of a miss."

"I loved this hotel and wished I could have stayed longer! This time, I came from Tokyo on the Shinkansen and stayed in Sendai for three nights. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right above the Shinkansen exit. You step off the train and check in almost instantly. After breakfast, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the platform for trains heading north to Aomori and Ninohe on the third floor. It's incredibly convenient and perfect for anyone with a JR Pass traveling north. Plus, it's very quiet. The room, by Japanese standards, was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a separate shower and toilet, and the massage showerhead was a real treat. They provided a full range of samples: facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner/lotion, and hair oil – everything you could need, making it super convenient. There's a dedicated smoking room on the third floor for guests, accessible with your room key. While there's a gym, it only has cardio equipment. On the fourth floor, there's a lounge with views and drinks, which I didn't get to experience due to my tight schedule. Laundry facilities are on the 7th and 11th floors. Just bring 100-yen coins. However, there's only one top-loader washing machine and one dryer, so you might have to wait. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was Western-style but also included local specialties like beef tongue and fish cake, which were pretty good. There was a wide variety of vegetables, and I made sure to load up before heading out to fuel my day. There are major department stores nearby for easy shopping. And don't miss the zunda shake (edamame milkshake) inside the JR station – it's delicious. I love Sendai and will definitely be back!"

"It takes 13-5 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station, Kotodai Park Station, through a residential area. It takes 23-5 minutes from Sendai Station, but it's fun and bright with various shops and buildings, so I chose this route. I took a taxi from Sendai Station late at night and it cost about 1,400 yen. The room was clean and spacious, and it was enough for three people to spread out their suitcases. The bathroom is the type where the toilet and bath are combined. The bathtub is small enough to sit on the floor, but it's nice in winter. There is only rinse-in shampoo and body soap, so it's better to bring your own treatment. You can get the amenities you need at the front desk. The pile yukata (knee-length) was helpful. The front desk staff were also kind and showed me how to get on the shuttle bus. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you."

"This hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable. The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi. The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set. The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient. We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special. I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!"

"3/Apr/2026 Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation. Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel. Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional. Quiet and sleep well. Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F. Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026 Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima"
