"This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Its location is super convenient, and the rooms aren't tiny, making it perfect for a layover. The lobby lounge offers complimentary coffee, accessible with your room key. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options."

"Room is quite big and comfortable, beautiful lobby. The room had double-layered curtains with sheer drapes, which was a very thoughtful touch. Even when the morning sunlight was bright, it didn’t feel harsh. The only pity was that we didn’t get to try the hotel breakfast this time—hopefully, we can enjoy it on my next visit. It’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again~"

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"We were to people during 3 nights. The pictures are from after our stay, that’s why it’s a bit messy. It was very tidy and nice before we moved in for our stay. It was quite close to the station and a lot of restaurants close by, and extremely close to the morning market as well, which was nice. The room was very nice and clean. A little bit spacious as well. If you have a suitcase I think you maybe manage to open it somehow. We didn’t use any cleaning service. They also had a sign you could use if you didn’t want new towels (which I thought was good from the environmental perspective). The people were nice and polite. The amenity was good as well. They had de basic stuff, which was good. Overall we think we had a very nice stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly."

"Facilities: Pretty good. You can pick up cosmetic samples at the front desk yourself. Hygiene: You leave your trash outside your door, and only towels are changed daily. Environment: Quiet with no noise, and there's a convenience store right next door. Service: Chinese-speaking staff are available, so communication is seamless."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it very easy to travel around the area by bus, subway and train. It is also within walking distance of several shopping malls, which is perfect for shopping or dining out. In addition, all the essential amenities are available, the facilities provided meet basic needs, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, we we have a present stay."

"The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours."

"Modern and new hotel located a short walk from Sendai station and Loople bus stop. Relatively small rooms but comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the separated dry and wet areas in the bathroom with onsen style faucet and tub. Complimentary coffee machine available from 1300-0100 and help yourself to bath amenities available in the lobby."

"The hotel is clean and tidy. It’s unfortunate that the weather is really bad on the day of my arrival. So I’m basically forced to stay at the hotel and enjoy the hot spring. It’s also really great that they provide free ice pop outside the hot spring and coffee downstairs."
