The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the station. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for both sightseeing and business trips.

MMeiky FuThe hotel thoughtfully arranges round-trip transfers from the station and a warm welcome in the lobby. The open-air bath faces the Hirose River, which makes bathing in the hot springs feel leisurely. The indoor bath is spacious and luxurious, and you can enjoy the snow scenery outside the large bright glass window. The warm yukata jacket is comfortable and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast for one stay and two meals are all buffet, and the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and are simple and delicious. A variety of handmade coffees, teas, wines and snacks are provided in the lobby leisure area. You can taste them quietly and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. You will not feel bored if you are active in the hotel all day long. It is a hot spring hotel worth a return visit.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the open air was very good, and there were not many people. The traffic is very convenient. On the second floor of Sendai Airport, you can take JR to Sendai Station, transfer to the Xianshan Line, and get off at Zuohe Station. There is a special car from the store waiting on the platform and directly enter the hotel. Dinner is buffet and the meal is also rich. This store also has a long history, and the open-air style keeps mixed soup. However, there is also a special time for women, which saves some embarrassment.

RRaspberry CherryThis is a very clean and impressive hotel.
We stayed here on a family trip, and the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection and were very satisfying.
Dinner buffets were particularly lavish, with sushi and beef tongue on offer.
There is a round-trip shuttle bus to Sendai Station, but it may be fully booked without an advance reservation.
When I called the day before my stay, the only available bus to Sendai was the early morning one, so I had the hotel call a taxi for me.
There aren't many restaurants nearby, but the famous supermarket ”Saichi” is nearby, so I recommend visiting it.

The dinner dishes are exquisitely presented, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food.
The bedroom facilities are complete and tidy, and the wet and dry toilets are separated.
The hot springs are comfortable, but you need to walk up more than 40 stairs to get to the outdoor open-air bath.
The only drawback was that the toilet could not be flushed. After calling the staff, they immediately provided assistance but could not repair it immediately. In the end, I had to use the toilet in another room.

Due to the influence of the train time, I was a little late for check-in until 18:00, but it was helpful to respond flexibly to the shuttle car and check-in.
Next time I would like to take my family.

GGuest UserI heard that many years ago, Sakkan had visited Ginsui-so, so I came here because of its reputation. Seeing is believing. The decoration of the lobby is really elegant and Japanese. There is a welcome drink of coffee or tea from 16:00 to 18:00, but I think it is too monotonous. It should be added with a piece of biscuit or fruit. The layout of the room is also very good. It is very comfortable for 4 people to live in. The pillows and quilts all have the smell of the sun, which I like. Dinner is a mini buffet with staple food, but it is not too small. There are many and exquisite dishes. Not to mention the hot springs, one of which is right by the river, which is a rare experience. I think my personal impression of Sakkan is very good.

GGuest UserI've stayed here about 5 or 6 times now, and every visit, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service is excellent. The staff's polite language and their commitment to ensuring guests never feel uncomfortable truly put me at ease.
This time, for the first time, I opted for a room-only stay as I wanted to enjoy a relaxing hot spring trip without any interference. (Previously, my best friend and I always chose plans with breakfast and dinner.)
This kind of stay is also very reasonable, and given the reliable service, I'll continue to choose Rantei for all my future visits to Akiu Onsen, rather than trying other inns.
Having just turned 60, I'm not sure how many more times I'll be able to visit...

GGuest UserThe pick-up driver is courteous and helpful. After arriving at the hotel, passengers can enjoy free drinks and snacks and ice cream, feeling heart-warming. Three hot springs, each with its own characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are rich, sweet shrimp and salmon fillets are beautiful, the beef willow is fresh and tender, and the potato stew tempura is sweet and soft. You can't miss it.
