"This is a budget hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the airport, saving you taxi fare! The hotel offered a free upgrade to a room with a large window. There's a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is great for shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby too."

"A perfect five-star experience, it was too much fun! From the moment we checked in, he greeted us warmly, offered suggestions for sightseeing routes and tips, and was incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. He even let us try the hotel's Turkish chocolates and Turkish delights, which were as sweet as he is! I was truly touched. Every day before heading out, I'd have a chat with him downstairs and always learn something new. On our last day, we urgently needed Lira cash, and he actually exchanged it for us directly. He was so good, I'm speechless. The room was also very clean and tidy, making for a great stay! Besides the slightly small trash can (a common issue in Turkish hotels), everything else was impeccable. A full five-star experience!"

"Our room was absolutely fantastic! Even before we reached the hotel entrance, the staff came out to greet us with incredible warmth. And here's the best part: during check-in, the handsome gentleman at the front desk gave us a map and thoroughly explained where the attractions were, how to get there (by bus or on foot), and the best times to visit each one. He even pointed out places where things were overpriced and where to find shops with a full selection of goods at reasonable prices. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fruits. The room itself exceeded my expectations – it was perfect with an amazing view! As we were leaving, the gentleman at the front desk gave us fridge magnets and postcards! Absolutely perfect and highly recommended!"

"This hotel is excellent, I highly recommend it to everyone. It was our first time booking here, and we were very satisfied. It's conveniently located near Taksim Metro, Istiklal Street is just a 5-minute walk away, Dolmabahçe Palace is a 25-minute walk, and Galata Tower is 20 minutes. The Blue Mosque is about an hour's walk. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. They consistently offer complimentary juice, tea, coffee, muffins, and fruit. Breakfast is served on the 5th-floor veranda with a wonderful view. The breakfast selection is varied, even though many reviews mentioned it being repetitive. The lady serving breakfast is very welcoming and can prepare omelets or fried eggs to your liking. You definitely won't leave hungry!"

"The hotel is nicely located and very beautiful inside, including the rooms themselves. However, the hotel hosts a restaurant called Olden 1772, which plays music until 1:00 a.m. This was particularly problematic on Friday and Saturday nights, as the music volume was extremely high and made it almost impossible for me to sleep—especially since my room was located next to the glass door leading to the stairs. Although I always closed the glass door to reduce the noise, guests frequently came and went and left it open, as there was no sign asking them to keep it closed. After two nights, I requested a room change, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. This turned out not to be true, as I would have been able to book another room online myself. I was also informed that the hotel website contains a warning about the music noise, which I could not find—neither before my stay nor afterwards. In addition, upon check‑in I was asked to pay in advance but did not receive an invoice. I was told I would receive it at check‑out. To be on the safe side, I sent an email regarding the invoice the day before departure. At check‑out, no invoice was prepared, and I was told it would be sent later that day via email or WhatsApp. Despite having paid three days earlier, I still have not received any invoice. I would not recommend this five‑star hotel. While the property is attractive and the restaurant offers good food and a nice atmosphere, my overall experience as a guest—especially at this price point—did not make me feel welcome or taken seriously. This is, of course, my personal experience and point of view—others may judge differently."
