Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai

Hotel front desk staffs were all super friendly, able to communicate well in English, helpful and professional. We came to the front desk at 1pm (outside check in time) but the staff kindly let us check in early without even being asked. Our room was clean, has good layout, even though it feels a bit tight if you have multiple big luggages but that's typical for all business hotels in Japan. The hotel is close to Sendai station (5 mins walk) where you have endless food choices. There is a 7-11 right at the ground floor of hotel. Yodobashi shopping centre is just across the hotel where you can find large supermarket Lopia, Daiso, Uniqlo, GU, Matsukiyoshi, sport stores and everything else you need. I would happily stay in this hotel again if I got a chance to visit Sendai again.

Easily the worst Daiwa Roynet I have ever stayed in. The room was in bad shape and the toilet was not flat so I had to sit a little sideways while trying to do number 1 (not comfortable if you are wondering!).. Also the staff was disrespectful especially for a Japanese establishment.

The location is perfect for shopping and going to and from the Airport as it is opposite Sendai Station.

Very convenient and service mind. Next to the malls so you will find all you need. Easy to travel plus helpful staffs .

The hotel is located close to Sendai station and there is a famous restaurant for beef tongue, which Sendai is famous for, in the same building. Other izakayas close by. The rooms concentrate on the essentials and are small, but not super small that you can find in other hotels. Convenience store in the hotel as well.

Nice hotel, like all Daiwa Roynet hotels. Drainage problem in the shower with a bad smell but otherwise a good sized room and good value near the station. Better pillows would make sleeping a lot easier.
