"Absolutely wonderful stay – they truly care about their guests I stayed at PARK WINS for my first two nights in Kunming and was blown away by the service. Early check‑in & breakfast on day 1: Our red‑eye flight from Jakarta arrived very early in the morning. We were exhausted, but the front desk not only let us check in hours before the official time, they also allowed us to have breakfast right away. That simple kindness made a huge difference. The bed: Very comfortable hotel beds. Perfect after a long flight. Taobao delivery help: We had a package delivered to the hotel before we arrived, but there was an issue with the delivery. The staff went above and beyond to help us solve the Taobao problem, tracked everything down and helped us call the delivery guy. We were so grateful for their patience and professionalism. Location: not far from train station. Around 20-minute didi drive to Kunming old street Super fast responses: Every request we made – extra water, directions, travel tips – was answered within minutes."

"This hotel has a very modern decor, which is a shame because it's right next to a main road. It was incredibly noisy at night, making it hard to sleep with all the traffic. The worst part was being woken up by those loud motorbikes. The room itself felt a bit dated, and I noticed quite a few imperfections that made me a little uncomfortable. The hallway was also quite dim, which I wasn't a fan of. Service was just okay; the front desk staff were rather formulaic and unremarkable. I also found a large bag of *cough* 'adult' items in the room, which made me blush a bit – I guess I might have misunderstood the hotel's vibe. I wouldn't really recommend it for tourists."

"The front desk staff at Jiangye Hotel were warm and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from a park, making it easy to take the kids out to play and for walks. Our stay and travel experience was excellent. The service staff were incredibly attentive; they contacted us immediately when we left an item behind and arranged for it to be couriered back promptly. The service was truly exceptional, deserving a super five-star rating!"

"We loved it here! The location is excellent, it's clean, and the facilities are complete. Although the reception staff didn't speak English, it wasn't a problem because we could easily communicate via WeChat, and they took great care of me. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet areas, and importantly, a bidet (though the pressure wasn't very strong, it was better than many hotels that don't have one). They also provide bottled water, and you can ask for more. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, if I have the opportunity to return to Kunming, I would definitely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others. There might be a slight cigarette smell for those with a sensitive nose, but it's not noticeable for those who aren't bothered by it. The lighting in the room is beautiful, making for great photos."

"Great stay at Babymoon Hotel! The location is excellent—right opposite Kunming Old Street, with lots of shopping and food nearby. Staffs were polite and helpful. Our family room was spacious with two large, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and ordered the night before. Appreciated the free bottled water too. Only downside was the lack of privacy as our window faced another building, so we had to keep the curtains closed. Overall, still a comfortable and convenient stay."

"The room had everything I needed, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. I forgot to bring a suitable toilet seat cover and didn't even ask the hotel for one, but they noticed and prepared one for me the next day. I really appreciate these little details. The hotel facilities are excellent; they provide free breakfast, a laundry room, and a gym. The overall design is also very good. The location is very close to Kunming Station, and public transportation (buses and subway) is convenient. They even have direct drinking hot water. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Very beautiful hotel with many extra experiences you can try. The breakfast is very good, we recommend trying the special ‘crossing the bridge noodles’. It feels like so much attention has been taken with all of the details of the decor and also with many small touches like complimentary laundry service and amenities that make the stay extra comfortable and stress free. Staff were very nice. In terms of wheelchair access, step free entrance and ground floor rooms are available. We will stay here again next time we are in Kunming."
