"I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk even called me in advance to explain the directions, which was incredibly thoughtful. They sent me the exact location and a picture with route guidance, so I easily found the hotel by following the navigation and the picture – no detours needed at all. The front desk staff even came down to help me with my luggage, which I really appreciated; it truly warmed my heart. The room was also a pleasant surprise; it was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable and tidy layout. It was spotless, well-equipped, quiet, and peaceful. Overall, the service was attentive, the room was clean, and the overall value for money was excellent. It's truly a hidden gem of a hotel, hehe. I genuinely recommend it to everyone."

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: The hotel is located within the Expo Garden, formerly the Japan Pavilion, now transformed into a guesthouse. The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel.
Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

QQuanshuidingdingdongI wanted to stay two nights in a row, so I booked a voucher through Trip.com for May 13th. On May 14th, the website showed the date as unavailable. I asked Trip.com customer service to contact the hotel, and they said the hotel staff had left for the day and would respond the next morning. The next day, I received a message early in the morning saying it wasn't possible. Trip.com customer service didn't even get back to me. So, we immediately contacted the reservations department at InterContinental Kunming ourselves. The staff member was incredibly patient and checked the hotel's backend data, telling us that while king rooms weren't available, twin rooms could be booked. I'm so grateful! Choosing InterContinental Kunming for this trip was such great value for money, and the front desk even upgraded us to a balcony room. The hotel environment is elegant, and it's convenient to get to Haigeng Dam, though the hotel itself is quite large. All the hotel staff, from the concierge to the cleaning aunties, were warm and attentive in their service. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserMy family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the convenience of parking. The hotel's parking lot is very spacious and the layout is very reasonable. Whether I leave early in the morning or return at night, I can find a parking space without any obstacles. This is a huge benefit for me who drives to and from work on business trips. It completely gets rid of the problem of difficulty in parking. The hotel rooms are also particularly clean and tidy, which instantly catches your eye. The bed was made flat and smooth without any wrinkles; the floor was wiped so clean that it could reflect one's reflection; the bathroom was also spotless and had no odor. Every corner of the hotel silently speaks of the strict requirements for hygiene. Living here, you will feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is excellent. The long dining table was filled with a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese fried dough sticks, steamed buns, rice porridge, Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and each one was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh, and I can taste the careful cooking of the canteen staff in every bite, which allows me to start the new day full of energy every morning. The hotel also provides laundry facilities. This is very practical for me when I travel long distances. You can easily wash your clothes while on a business trip and always keep a fresh and tidy image.
The hotel staff's service attitude is also very warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, they always had a smile on their faces, answered every question I had patiently and carefully, and actively provided me with various assistance. This hotel is perfect in every aspect including parking, sanitation, breakfast and laundry. I highly recommend it to every friend who is traveling. During my free time on the business trip, I also went to several places recommended by the lady at the front desk that had nice scenery and were close to the hotel. The Longshan Mine is only 2km away from the hotel, but the scenery is really nice. And the filming turned out beautifully too.
