"This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was quiet, the room had excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable—not a speck of dust even in the corners. The cleaning staff were attentive and thorough, and the front desk agent patiently answered all my travel questions. The complimentary toiletries were of good quality, the hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was effective. Nearby, there were supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it offered incredible value for money. It was a very comfortable stay and definitely worth coming back to."

"The room rate was reasonable, and the room itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with smart controls for curtains, lighting, and air conditioning. It was clean, well-arranged, and the bedding was comfortable. I stayed for two consecutive nights. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom had no place to hang or put clothes, lacking hooks or shelves, which was quite inconvenient. The hairdryer was excessively loud and piercing; I didn't dare use it for fear of disturbing neighboring guests and it definitely needs to be replaced. Also, disposable toilet seat covers were not provided, though luckily, I had brought my own. Finally, I found items left by the previous guest in the room and had to call the front desk to have them removed. Overall, it's quite good, and with a few improvements, it would be excellent."

The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel. Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserMy family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

GGuest UserSeriously impressed by Manshui Residence! It's a garden villa that offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. Open the window and you're greeted by trees and fragrant flowers. The private hot spring bath was clean and so comfortable; my skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards. The location is super convenient, close to all the nearby attractions, and parking was a breeze. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was exquisite and fresh. Plus, there were free desserts and red wine in the evenings. The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive, making the whole experience fantastic. I've already recommended it to friends – if you're coming to Kunming, this is definitely the place to stay!

Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.

QQuanshi95954 days and 3 nights. Facilities: Mature, traditional, with good greenery. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A true hot spring garden. Service: Meticulous, but standard. What needs to be emphasized is the need to strengthen emergency assistance training for special circumstances, especially for sudden illnesses suffered by guests. Staff should be enthusiastic and proactive, not cold and unresponsive when guests request urgent help. The male manager at Runyu Restaurant on the first floor on the evening of the 21st performed quite poorly. What deserves praise is the enthusiastic and thoughtful lobby manager on the 22nd, and the reception center staff member (I didn't catch her name, she was petite and delicate) who proactively apologized and even gave us 3 New Year gifts, which felt auspicious and warm. This somewhat made up for the disappointment of the 21st. Thumbs up to both of them!

I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?

The lobby has incredibly high ceilings with a super luxurious chandelier – you don't even need a filter for your photos. The room we chose this time had a view of the entire hot spring. While it's a bit far from the city, the atmosphere absolutely makes it worth it. [Recommended for] Couples on a date, or for wedding photoshoots. Everyone on my social media was asking where I was!

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the convenience of parking. The hotel's parking lot is very spacious and the layout is very reasonable. Whether I leave early in the morning or return at night, I can find a parking space without any obstacles. This is a huge benefit for me who drives to and from work on business trips. It completely gets rid of the problem of difficulty in parking. The hotel rooms are also particularly clean and tidy, which instantly catches your eye. The bed was made flat and smooth without any wrinkles; the floor was wiped so clean that it could reflect one's reflection; the bathroom was also spotless and had no odor. Every corner of the hotel silently speaks of the strict requirements for hygiene. Living here, you will feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is excellent. The long dining table was filled with a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese fried dough sticks, steamed buns, rice porridge, Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and each one was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh, and I can taste the careful cooking of the canteen staff in every bite, which allows me to start the new day full of energy every morning. The hotel also provides laundry facilities. This is very practical for me when I travel long distances. You can easily wash your clothes while on a business trip and always keep a fresh and tidy image. The hotel staff's service attitude is also very warm and thoughtful. The Longshan Mine is only 2km away from the hotel, but the scenery is really nice. And the filming turned out beautifully too.
