"Hotel is in a good location, plenty of food options around if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. Close to airport if needing to stay nearby and love that the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast had good options avaible for the whole family. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great."

"Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault."

"The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"We recently spent a wonderful few days at Kalima Resort and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The service truly stands out. We were able to check in around 1 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM, which was a very welcome relief after our journey. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service. We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room. The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us. The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us. Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts."

"Excellent family hotel! Breakfasts are good until 10:00 AM; they keep replenishing and cooking until the very end, so you can linger. The grounds are large and well-maintained. The water park is super – great fun for both adults and kids; we couldn't get our child off the slides! There are two large slides, plus a small pool with slides for younger children. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The hotel cafe is inexpensive. There's a kids' playroom (schedule in photos). Not many Russians here. The beach is just across the road. Opposite the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, and massage places. Kata beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, no complaints at all; we loved everything."

"Resort itself is a destination, right on the Maikhao Beach. Very beautiful and seren Resort to spend few rela ing days, Room comfortable and balcony faving the pool, , resort had 3 huge pools and restaurants serving good food, Brekfast was good bufet, lot of variety to choose from, best location in northern Phuket airport 4 kms away. If you looking to relax few days away from noise and crowd this is must stay place as far i would recommend. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN. It is bit far from local.store and remote if you prefer buying stuff from store its 3 kms walk from the resort keep this in mind we spent last few days if iur trio just relaxing in resort and nit going anywhere."

"There were some small bugs on the room walls. Overall, the environment was decent. However, rooms with balconies near the street are very noisy due to only having a glass door separating them from the road. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend them. The hotel's shuttle and butler service was excellent; I couldn't resist tipping him. He was a genuinely kind and sincere person who helped me carry my luggage from downstairs to my room. The front desk, however, was a bit rigid and didn't support WeChat Pay. Also, the 3000 THB deposit was much higher than at other hotels."

"The resort itself is spectacular and very close to all the attractions in Patong - shopping, street matkets,?restaurants. The only downside is that my room was in a part of the resort that had only stairs, no elevator. Which made it a clumsy affair with luggage."

"Oceanfront hotel is one of the best hotels in Phuket for me due to the price and service. Their room was extremely good. I celebrated my gf birthday and valentines, the hotel did extra special for me by decorating the room and even giving me a complimentary cake that was quite huge for us to finish. Their breakfast was delicious and so many variety including drinks. Free shuttle service to patong and saves a lot of time jn travelling. Recommended👍"

"We stayed in superior room No. 2507 in May 2026. Overall, the impressions were positive. The room is in good condition, everything shines and sparkles. 2 king size beds, semi-hard mattresses, 2 pillows each, a bedside table, a lamp between them. The TV is not a big Samsung, not a smart TV. The refrigerator is small, without a freezer. It contains paid nuts, beer, water. 2 bottles of water, sugar, tea, coffee, cream, 2 cups, 2 glasses, a kettle - the standard set of each hotel. Balcony with access to the jungle, with dryer, 2 plastic. armchairs, a table, and an unpleasantly humming air conditioning fan unit. This is a minus. The built-in air conditioner with controls on the wall blew where it was needed - not on the bed! The downside is that there is a door to the adjoining room; you can hear perfectly well what is going on with your neighbors. The toilet is standard with a hygienic shower. The shower room is large with a rain shower head on top. The pressure is strong, hot water comes out almost immediately, which is a definite plus for the hotel. It was a little dark in the washbasin, and I had to go out to the mirror and go into the room to shave. There is also not enough light in the room. Thais invariably create evening intimate twilight😁. The door is locked with an electronic lock and 2 key cards are issued. We had a reservation without meals. But according to stories, the food on the Chanalai network is not even bad. They provide 3 towels, including a beach towel. There are 2 swimming pools. There are jets of Jacuzzi hydromassage with good pressure. Second pool on the roof. Everything in the pools is great, only for children. Depth 1.1 meters. Swimming is very difficult, your feet constantly touch the bottom! There is no territory. The building is shaped like the Russian letter P, and the same shape is the pool with sun loungers and a bar. We checked in at 13-00, offering welcome ice cream and a sweet drink. Opposite the hotel there are a number of fruit outlets, a restaurant and a minimart store. 500 meters to the nearest seven/11. And 900 meters to the beach. There is a one-time transfer to the Jangceylon shopping center in Patong, we took advantage of it on a rainy day. Markets and retail chains in Patong, unlike Karon, are very developed. Номер в хорошем состоянии, всё блестит, сверкает. 2 кровати Кинг сайз, полужесткие матрасы, по 2 подушки, тумбочка, светильник между ними. ТВ не большой Самсунг, не смарт ТВ. Холодильник маленький, без морозильной камеры. В нем платные орешки, пиво, вода. 2 бутылки воды, сахар, чай, кофе, сливки, 2 чашки, 2 бокала, чайник – стандартный набор каждого отеля. Балкон с выходом на джунгли, с сушилкой, 2 пластик. кресла, столик, и что неприятно гудящий блок вентилятора кондиционера. Это в минус. Встроенный кондиционер с управлением на стене дул куда нужно - не на кровати! Из минусов это дверь всмежный номер, слышимость прекрасная, что происходит у соседей. Туалет стандартный с гигиеническим душем. Душевая комната большая с тропической лейкой сверху. Напор сильный, горячая вода почти сразу идёт, что несомненный плюс отелю. В умывальнике темновато, для бритья приходилось выходить к зеркалу в комнату. Света в комнате тоже не хватает. Тайцы неизменно создают вечерний интим-полумрак😁. Дверь запирается на электронный замок, выдают 2 карты-ключ. Бронь у нас была без питания. Но по рассказам кормят в сети Chanalai очень даже не плохо. Выдают по 3 полотенца, в том числе пляжное. Имеется 2 бассейна. Есть струи гидромассажа джакузи, с хорошим напором. Второй бассейн на крыше. Всё в бассейнах прекрасно, только детям. Глубина 1,1 метр. Плавать очень тяжело, постоянно задевает ногами дно! Территории нет. Здание русской буквой П, и такой же формы бассейн с лежаками и баром. Поселили в 13-00, предложив приветстве"
