Second time here at Intercontinental Phuket and I’m still in awe. The resort is spacious, clean and filled with amenities and deserves the luxurious status. During our stay this time, we had some issues with the room but received exceptional hospitality. The manager on duty was prompt in communication and personally attended to our queries and provided us with a very fair solution. Can’t praise the hospitality and service enough at Intercontinental. The breakfast buffett and in-room dining are exceptional too. Will visit again.

We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details. Overall the amenities are very nice, but everything on the building that is on the beach front is better (even the breakfast). I think that it is misleading that they don’t clearly state that there are two different buildings, I think would have otherwise chosen another hotel.

Frankly, I was fascinated by this place at first view. And I fell in love with the Naiharn almost instantly. The attitude of every single guy was respect with friendliness radiating a sense of warm welcome through the genuine smile. They spoke fluent English, which made communication very easy. In addition, the hotel itself was a paradise from the design and placing of every facility to tiny touches that illuminated my stay. Everything was exquisite and perfect. Everything was somehow specially designed and fashionable even to the tiniest cushion on the sofa athesat starry lights overhead. The reflections with three burning flames on cold nights truly amazed me. As I sat on the sofa drinking a freshly made lemon soda and listened to the music flowing waves. I felt as if I was in a fantasy. What an enjoyment it was to lie back in the crystal clear water stare at the white tips of the rolling waves and feel the cool sea breeze. Afterwards I simply began sipping a cup of Fresh lemonade, took a Free towel and lay on the chairs beside the pool. Indeed, what fascinated me most was yet the breathtaking sea view that could be seen everywhere. No matter I was in my room, in COSMO by the pool, or even walking along the passageway, significant beauty of the adaman sea and Naiharn beach would always flow out before my eyes. To the left was the smooth and silky beach with comfortable benches, to the right the sea turned gradually from a shade of crystal green to light blue and turned into a deep and vivid luminous extending into the horizon. Flights below my eyes, the waves splashed and crashed onto the rocky surface awaiting the sand below, which turned the water into a sandy color. In the distance, the mountains rose above the sea and a remote island floated alone on the blue surface of the sea. Such scenery is another major reason why I have fallen deeply in love with Naiharn. The hotel offers Free towns and benches on the beach, which makes this a highly comfortable. The lifeguards were highly responsible for monitoring the waves at every moment and ensuring the safety of all tourists. A final point i'd like to make is the quality of food. Even when I randomly picked three dishes at COSMO, they relieved my taste buds, not to mention the fresh sea bass and other seafood. The breakfast was truly wonderful, especially the cool room with salad cheese, tropical food and so on. The dishes are nutritious and well balanced, providing a variety of magical experiences. All in all the Naiharn not only feel like a hotel, but also my other home in Phuket island which I would like to visit every year.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4. We also loved the pool and the overall hotel design and architecture. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Gym is also well equipped. The beach, sadly, was very dirty, but that’s not hotel’s fault.

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to old town Service and room were very nice, and the hilltop cafe which serves Starbucks coffee had a real nice view with a cool breeze At check in you will download an app that enables you to call buggy, room service, etc etc. you will require a buggy where ever you go as the hotel is located on a mountain and the hotel area is very steep

Very nice hotel location very close to the Phuket airport with intern 3 big pools (2 of them only for ＞14 years, which is perfect for the quiet…). Good choice of room types available and also restaurants. Very nice and big public beach just outside the Hotel (need to be crossed a public road), but no beach service offered from the hotel (which we judge absolutely negative) Diving station inside the hotel with guided tours all over Phuket. On the beach many many restaurants with local and international food to totally reasonable prices (hotel quite expensive for same kind of food)

I would like to express my appreciation on the hotel staff, Num and Job. Their support has meant a lot to us during our stay. Num is a sincere and caring person who gave us a great surprise for my husband’s birthday. Thank you so much for his kind arrangement. He has been a true blessing for the birthday wishes. Job is a personal trainer in the fitness centre. He taught us how to become fit and did the cardio exercises with us. It was fun! The fitness centre is spacious and clean. We have a great time when we were doing exercises there. Job’s generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you for his time and support during our stay.

The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!
