"They have a bad habit of turning off their water. I was just now having a shower, shaving my head, and the water in the shower stopped. I had to walk downstairs to the reception with nothing but a towel and soapy head to ask them to turn on the water. they did so. however... When I exited the shower to brush my teeth, the water had stopped again! I waited at the reception but it seems they were hiding from me. I called The hotel number and they came downstairs. I questioned why they keep turning the water off. they just apologized and turned it back on. I don't shower profusely long. why does this hotel have a problem turning on their water? I think I know the answer... Because they have a leaky tap! I think that instead of repairing the tap, they'd rather just turn off the water..."

GGuest UserWe stayed at Karon Beach Residence for three days and two nights, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and complete amenities. We loved the private pool, which was regularly filtered to keep the water clean, making for a safe stay. Throughout our stay, we experienced attentive and friendly service, prompt responses to our needs, and smooth communication.
The location is very convenient, with free parking downstairs, perfect for both cars and motorcycles. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a 7-Eleven and snack shops are all within easy walking distance. The location is also within walking distance of beautiful Karon Beach, making it a fantastic location! Ice Family Tour is also nearby, offering car rentals and tour bookings. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, leaving a very positive impression.
Although the upstairs apartment was undergoing renovations, and there was occasional noise from the construction in the morning, it didn't affect the overall experience. This apartment is a popular choice, with new facilities, excellent service, and a pleasant environment. I highly recommend it for families and friends! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phuket!

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

MMi1209Accommodation is neat and nice, you have a little room in a shared room. Beds are quite large and wide with a little curtain for privacy. The mattressis not crazy uncomfortable. There are only cold showers. There is a camera in the dorm. Little space for your bag that you can lock. It has a pool. Check in was at the hostel at the end of the street you can also use these facilities. Overall a good hostel there is only nothing to do around and its good to stay if you have a flight the next day.

RRiriyayThe location is very good with friendly and helpful staff. It's a 5 minute walk to ”Old Town Street”. I stayed in a single room for girls. The hotel will also help you organize day trips. Pick up and drop off from the hotel.The outdoor swimming pool is clean.It has a manga reading area, very reasonable prices, and free breakfast. It's about an hour from the airport.It's perfect for a solo traveler like me, and you can even make friends with fellow backpackers.

AAnonymous UserHtoo Htoo the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

GGuest UserThere is no smell in the room, and it feels very comfortable. The windows in the room are quite large, the ventilation effect is good, the lighting is also very good, and the whole room is very bright. After we sent the things back to our room, we ate some meals in the surrounding restaurants. At night, we went back to the apartment and took a hot bath. It was very comfortable. Hot water is provided throughout the day, no matter what time it takes to take a bath. Very adequate.

Aalexmc13Overall, it was good. The location is nice, the hostel itself is a bargain, other than that, we had one accident with our room that required us to pay additional 1000 bath for a broken window, that has fallen by itself out of our room 🙂🙂
They’ve told us that we were in the room, so we’re responsible for it. Other than that, great service
overall be careful in thailand and always film for proof, not to get into accidents🌹
