Hello, everyone. My wife's birthday was celebrated at the villa (7 people). The room is comfortable, large, clean, everything you need is there. Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Le Da Villas. It’s a true entire private 5-bedroom villa, so we had the whole property to ourselves with complete privacy and no shared facilities. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the private pool was fantastic. The location was excellent just minutes drives from Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and groups visiting Phuket.

We took a spontaneous trip with the kids, without high expectations, just looking to escape the cold winter. But this villa turned out to be a huge surprise! The room had absolutely everything we needed, and there's even one of Thailand's top three viral restaurants within the complex. The best part is that since we were traveling with kids and it was a bit inconvenient, they provided all sorts of room services for us. The evenings here were lovely; my kids, who grew up in a big city, had never seen such a clear starry sky. We had a dreamlike villa experience. The owner is Chinese and, knowing we had a late flight back home with the kids, even extended our check-out time for free. Overall, the experience was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Next time, I'm bringing my grandparents to stay in their four-bedroom villa; that layout has a super large pool and enough space for four families.

The hotel is in a picturesque location, surrounded by mountains, hills, greenery, trees, etc. However, the rooms' windows face the pool and look into each other. Everyone keeps their curtains drawn, so you sit in your room and don't see any of the beautiful views at all. You can barely see anything from the inner courtyard either. The mattress on the bed is hard, making for a poor night's sleep. I mentioned this to the administrator, and she replied that it's not a five-star hotel, implying soft mattresses are only found there. Really? I've stayed in several hostels where the mattresses were excellent! There's a shared kitchen with a gas stove, but I didn't see any frying pans or pots. There's a medium-sized fridge, plates (some with chipped edges, which could really be replaced), cutlery, a kettle, and small mugs. The staff is nice, and it's clean all around. Overall, the hotel is not worth the money.

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. When I booked the hotel, I felt that the photo looked good, but there was only one evaluation. I was a little confused. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy. The service was very meticulous. The breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite. It changed every day. It is also very convenient to the attraction market. Yaya, who served us, was very intimate. Our two girls wanted to go to the spa at night. She was worried about our safety. She specially asked her husband to send us for free and picked us back. I was very touched. We paid tips as a gift. It was really intimate. Villa worth a try, I like it very much!
