Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

The service was very meticulous. The breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite. It changed every day. It is also very convenient to the attraction market. Yaya, who served us, was very intimate. Our two girls wanted to go to the spa at night. She was worried about our safety. She specially asked her husband to send us for free and picked us back. I was very touched. We paid tips as a gift. It was really intimate. Villa worth a try, I like it very much!

Nnovel oacExcellent new apartments near Rawai Beach. They have two floors, all the amenities, a huge TV, and a great bed. A two-minute walk takes you to the main street with shops and cafes. I highly recommend them. The only downside is that taxi drivers don't know the name. Look for Rawai Boutique Resort, the apartments are located right across the street from the entrance. I highly recommend them.

The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

We needed to wait nearby for rooms to become available at our favorite hotel, so we booked for a few days.
If I'd spent my entire vacation here, I would have been very upset.
There's a large construction site behind this complex, with all the ensuing consequences. The renovations are very strange. The kitchen is decent, but the plumbing is all cheap, and the water barely runs. The pool is small, although the photo shows a large one. There's no sunbathing area.
It's worth mentioning that this property isn't very expensive, so it might be ok for some people. But I didn't like it.

GGuest UserA family of 5 stayed here for 6 days, the hotel location is a bit remote, but the distance from the airport is still moderate. The hotel's price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the electricity fee needs to be paid at 5 baht for 1 degree. We spent 3.6 RMB on six days of electricity. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the nearest VILLA market and 7-11 convenience store. The hotel staff can drive you to the supermarket for free (limited to 5 pm every day). If you want someone to shop, you need to buy something faster. (10-20 minutes), you need to take a taxi back when you have a long time. If you have a Chinese driver's license, you can rent a car from the hotel because the taxi on the island is super expensive and you can't get a car. The car is 1,500 baht a day (the oil has already filled you up, you can sit for 5 people.) If you want BBQ, you can also rent a grill to the hotel (1000 baht a day). The hotel will arrange cleaning every other day to help you change the basic wash. Wait for supplies, will also help you wash the kitchen. There are 2 young ladies and 1 little brother at the front desk of the hotel. 3 people are on duty in the morning and evening, and 3 people are very friendly. I don't speak Chinese, and the English level is very good. If you have trouble communicating with other local Thai speakers, you can use English to help the front desk to help you communicate with others. Overall, the price is very high, and the living is quite satisfactory. I will consider staying here later!

- The villa's pool only lets you catch the sun in the morning; it's too cool the rest of the time
- Two-thirds of the bedrooms have no door handles, and the bathroom doors are just full of holes
- At least one shower has a very poor drain; you're standing in water that never drains
- It's hard to get a taxi; few people want to go to this area
- When we checked out, they charged 1,000 baht from the deposit for a Coke-stained duvet cover, which I found incredibly expensive
- There was no cleaning at all. Only watering the plants

KKosovОтличный вариант если в вы на байке пожить без суеты и тд! До пляжа ехать 12-мин на байке! Если вы без транспорта просто на такси, то не рекомендую будете долго выезжать и вызывать такси!
И еще рядом конечно идет стройка то есть днем в будни с 9 утра до 6 вечера строится соседний комплекс пока его не построят - тихо уютно не поживешь! Мы останавливались на 3 дня ! И хорошо что взяли не неделю!
