When I booked the hotel, I felt that the photo looked good, but there was only one evaluation. I was a little confused. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy. The service was very meticulous. The breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite. It changed every day. It is also very convenient to the attraction market. Yaya, who served us, was very intimate. Our two girls wanted to go to the spa at night. She was worried about our safety. She specially asked her husband to send us for free and picked us back. I was very touched. We paid tips as a gift. It was really intimate. Villa worth a try, I like it very much!

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

The location is okay. 5 minutes from Bang Tao. We needed to wait nearby for rooms to become available at our favorite hotel, so we booked for a few days. If I'd spent my entire vacation here, I would have been very upset. There's a large construction site behind this complex, with all the ensuing consequences. The renovations are very strange. The kitchen is decent, but the plumbing is all cheap, and the water barely runs. The pool is small, although the photo shows a large one. There's no sunbathing area. It's worth mentioning that this property isn't very expensive, so it might be ok for some people. But I didn't like it.

We were a company of 6 people, the villa was just incredible, clean, careful, exactly the same as in the photo in description, the pool on the photo looks smaller, in fact it is more, we in 6 quietly bathed and everyone had enough space. Beds are large and comfortable, there is a dry washing machine, a smooth board with a tie, all necessary dishes, TVs equipped with Russian apps, you can also watch and karaoke sing. The house is noisy. The renter is an incredible person, on all my requests were revoked in the shortest time, the service is simply incredible, the territory is protected, there is a parking. Location super, 6 minutes to 7/11, 15 minutes to the sea on foot, free step. The beach is chic, few people. Incredibly rested in this place, I advise from the soul 🫶🏻 We will definitely return, for our money the villa justifies every ruble! 🩷

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The price was quite affordable considering quite a remote location so renting a car or a bike would have made it more convenient as taxis find it hard to reach the place. The design is simple and modern, nothing overly fancy, but clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We took a spontaneous trip with the kids, without high expectations, just looking to escape the cold winter. But this villa turned out to be a huge surprise! The room had absolutely everything we needed, and there's even one of Thailand's top three viral restaurants within the complex. The best part is that since we were traveling with kids and it was a bit inconvenient, they provided all sorts of room services for us. The evenings here were lovely; my kids, who grew up in a big city, had never seen such a clear starry sky. We had a dreamlike villa experience. The owner is Chinese and, knowing we had a late flight back home with the kids, even extended our check-out time for free. Overall, the experience was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Next time, I'm bringing my grandparents to stay in their four-bedroom villa; that layout has a super large pool and enough space for four families.

Отличный вариант если в вы на байке пожить без суеты и тд! До пляжа ехать 12-мин на байке! Если вы без транспорта просто на такси, то не рекомендую будете долго выезжать и вызывать такси! И еще рядом конечно идет стройка то есть днем в будни с 9 утра до 6 вечера строится соседний комплекс пока его не построят - тихо уютно не поживешь! Мы останавливались на 3 дня ! И хорошо что взяли не неделю!
