I must commend Thomas and all the staff! From check-in onwards, they were enthusiastic yet discreet, never overly intrusive but always accurately anticipating our needs. The restaurant staff were attentive and thoughtful, responding quickly to any inquiries or requests, communicating smoothly and politely. The overall quality of the staff is very high; whether guiding us, explaining tour routes, or coordinating requests, they were thorough and meticulous. You could feel their genuine friendliness throughout, making the entire stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel's food completely exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurants offer a rich selection of dishes, blending Thai flavors with sophisticated Western cuisine. We tried the Thai mango sticky rice with vanilla ice cream – the sticky rice was soft, sweet, and rich with a milky flavor; the Caesar salad was refreshing and light; the beef carpaccio appetizer had a delicate texture; the seafood black ink pasta had plump and tender prawns; the grilled steak and tiger prawns were cooked to perfection; and the flavorful Peruvian ceviche was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully plated and tasted great. Both the main courses and desserts were flawless. You can enjoy high-quality gourmet meals right at the hotel without needing to venture out. The guest rooms and facilities also added significantly to the experience. The hotel is very new, and every area, from the public spaces to the guest rooms, is spotlessly clean, with no signs of age. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable layout and simple yet luxurious soft furnishings. The washroom and lounge areas are well-divided, making for a relaxing and unconstrained stay. The hotel offers complete resort facilities, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a quiet and elegant environment with picturesque spots everywhere. You could spend an entire day relaxing at the hotel without getting bored. Based on this trip, I've put together a few practical tips for anyone planning to stay here: 1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Phuket Airport, saving time and effort for transfers, and the journey to Phang Nga Bay is smooth, making travel very convenient. 2. The hotel is geared towards a tranquil resort experience, with fewer crowds. It's perfect for guests who want to relax, avoid bustling city crowds, and seek a quiet, private vacation. For those who prefer lively nightlife and shopping, it's essential to plan your itinerary in advance and arrange transportation to and from the city center. 3. The hotel's internal dining quality is very high, so it's perfectly fine if you don't want to bother going out for meals. If you want to experience local street markets, plan your travel time accordingly. 4. The hotel's service response is efficient. For any inquiries about tours or room-related needs, you can directly communicate with Thomas and other staff members. They will patiently offer practical local advice. Overall, this is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Phuket. The new and clean environment, high-quality attentive service, delicious and comprehensive dining, and excellent location are all top-notch. If you're tired of crowded, popular resorts and just want a peaceful, relaxing getaway, Radisson Blu Mai Khao is definitely my first choice. "The room was clean and full of amenities. The water was strong and the air conditioning was working properly. The check in process was wired we had waited for 30 mins and no one showed up we did call to the property contact but the only answer was the housekeeper would come but no one showed up only a child in the office and he didn’t know how to do, the other guests also waited with us. Finally we ask the child to get someone so he went to call to housekeeper and then someone showed up and handed us the key card."

"Our stay at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort was fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the balcony offered direct sea views – perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening, creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff were warm and attentive, and being able to communicate in Chinese made the check-in process very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located near Kata Beach, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around by taxi was easy. The pool area was elegant and peaceful. Overall, our vacation comfort was maximized, the facilities were well-maintained, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this resort for a Phuket vacation and will definitely choose to stay here again."

"We stayed at the hotel from 26–30 June and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened (since April), and everything feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of choices, and we really enjoyed having access to the gym and two swimming pools. The location is also excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, Tops, and 7-Eleven, plus it’s not far from the airport. I booked our stay through Trip.com and accidentally selected the wrong bed type. Before arriving, I called the hotel to request a bed change, ask about early check-in since our flight landed early, and also mentioned a possible room upgrade if available. To our surprise, when we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and were kindly upgraded to a better room. A special thank you to Khun Gam and Khun Miew for taking such great care of us. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay feel like a five-star experience. On our departure day, our flight was scheduled for later in the evening, and Khun Dome at the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day by Khun Jeap. It was always spotless, smelled fresh, and all amenities were replenished daily. Thank you as well to the bellboys who greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived, and to the restaurant team during breakfast for their professionalism, friendly service, and the high quality of the food. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. We would happily return again in the future🙏🏼"

"I stayed here for 2 days, and overall it was good. It's not far from the beach, and the market and shopping mall are just a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. On the downside, there's a large deposit of 1000 baht, which can be hard to spend if you're leaving directly for the airport and traveling alone. The mattress was too soft, which isn't ideal for anyone with back issues. The balcony isn't big, but it has a table and chairs. However, the AC unit's outdoor condenser blows directly on you, making it feel like an oven and quite uncomfortable to be out there. There was also a slight, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which is probably why there were air fresheners everywhere. The room itself wasn't very noisy, but on the balcony or outside, the noise can be irritating because the hotel is on a small street surrounded by tall buildings, creating a lot of echoes. For a short stay, it's perfectly fine."

"We had a wonderful experience at Aqua Maya Phuket. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the things we appreciated most was the complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Phuket Beach, which made getting around very convenient. Despite having an early flight, the hotel still arranged breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
