"The hotel isn't actually called that. When I arrived, the front desk told me they'd changed names. The room was quite clean. It's an old hotel that's been renovated. My first night was noisy, so I spoke to the front desk and they moved me to an upper floor, which was much better. The location is decent, right across from a lively seafood market."

"This hotel is brand new, so I booked a 4-day stay just to try it out. Even though there are quite a few stairs to climb, the view is fantastic, and it's super close to the beach. There are shops and pharmacies nearby too, making it really convenient. The owner is Chinese and very welcoming, and all the staff are lovely. The room was spotless, and they were quick to help with anything I needed. Definitely recommend it – I'd stay here again next time I'm in Phuket!"

"Newly renovated hotel right in the popular area of patong. Very clean great price friendly owner and reception. Room was fairly large small balcony over looking the street. If you're looking for a quick stay in the busy area this is a good cheap place. Only downside is it might be a little loud at night with all the scooters but it didn't bother me I found it soothing. Only other thing is bathroom is a little small and no actual enclosed shower. Open shower and floor drain setup. Still a great place! Definitely would comeback"

"Honestly, I was completely blown away by the view at this hotel. We initially had the smaller room, or rather, the 60-square-meter loft apartment, which already had an amazing view. After seeing the other room, we decided to upgrade. The upgrade process was incredibly smooth. The upgraded room is absolutely fantastic, the view is top-notch, and above all, the team here is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. We truly have a horizon view."

"This is my second night staying here, and overall, I'm still impressed. The cleanliness, new rooms, and general atmosphere are all excellent. However, I'm still encountering the same issue with the slow drainage in the bathroom, causing water to pool during showers, which is quite inconvenient. Since I experienced the exact same problem on the first night and it's still happening on the second, I'd really appreciate it if the hotel could seriously look into and improve this. Small details like this significantly impact the stay experience. Overall, I still like the accommodation, but it would be much better if the water system could be improved."

Whether it was for check-in procedures, local itinerary inquiries, or travel tips, the staff patiently answered my questions, and their advice was practical and helpful. There was no need to rely on translation software or struggle to decipher meanings; the entire communication process was easy and smooth. This front desk staff member was kind and meticulous, easing the unfamiliarity of traveling alone and making the journey much smoother. I have already recommended this hotel to friends planning to visit Phuket. If I ever return to this area, this will still be my top choice for accommodation. I also hold a gentle hope that, if fate allows, whether I return to the island or have another opportunity to meet, it would be wonderful to see them again."

"This must be a new hotel, as there weren't many guests during my stay. The room was very clean, and it even had a living room. The bed and hot water were both excellent. I only stayed in Phuket Town for two days because I was heading to Similan. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. However, despite multiple attempts, they wouldn't allow me to smoke on the balcony, insisting I use the ground floor lobby only – not even the second-floor lobby was permitted. It felt a bit inflexible."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good night's sleep. It's not far from Patong Beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just a short walk away. There's also a chicken slaughterhouse right next door, so it's great for a massage after a long day. The owner is very nice. I'll definitely come back next time!"
