"Over all I enjoyed my stay! Very friendly front desk staff, convenient location to catch a bus and necessity shopping. I was impressed by the cleanness of the room, breakfast was really tasty but the only disappointment was that room slippers nor toothbrushes were provided."

"I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The queen room on the 9th floor was perfect for just me - it was small but well designed and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The bed was softer than mine at home, but it was so comfy. There were also a variety of pillows so I was able to get just the right one to sleep on and a blackout screen on the window to keep out light, so I slept like a baby both nights. On my first night, I took advantage of the check-in coupon and ate at the restaurant. The bartender was super, happy hour had great pricing, and the dinner was exceptional (whole Snapper). The location is okay because it is only a block to a subway station, but there doesn't seem to be much of interest close by (hip hop museum is closed as they are on tour) and it is a bit far to Manhattan for reasonable prices on Uber. All-in-all though, it was a good experience and I had a fabulous quick trip to NYC."

"A quiet hotel located in Harlem. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. It was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. We only have one minor criticism: the bathroom could use a few more shelves and hooks. However, this wouldn't stop us from returning to this hotel. Thank you for everything!"

"You don't expect luxury for little money, but cleanliness and order should be expected. The staff were friendly and corrected our comments. The location is OK, with the subway (approx. 5 minutes) we were in Manhattan in 20 minutes, so we were able to see New York from a different perspective. Not recommended for everyone!"
