La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jamaica NYC/JFK AirTrain

The fastest and smoothest way to get from JFK to Manhattan is to take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station and then transfer to the LIRR. This hotel boasts an excellent location, approximately a 3-minute walk from that transfer station. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room was spacious, new, and comfortable. There were also plenty of outlets and USB ports, which was very convenient. While some hotels closer to JFK Airport offer shuttle services, many only go to the AirTrain station, not the terminals themselves, meaning you still end up using both a bus and a train. Therefore, I felt that this hotel's location was a significant advantage. However, the street in front of the hotel becomes very dark at night, and although it's only about 50 meters, it felt a little unsettling. Caution is advised if walking in the area at night. This time, I stayed for one night during a layover, left my luggage at the hotel, and went sightseeing in Manhattan. The next morning, I was able to head to the airport with plenty of time, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for pre- or post-JFK stays.

Staying for consecutive nights, but there was no replenishment of toilet paper or body wash. The drain cover was also left open. However, the distant view of Manhattan was beautiful.

The hotel is very close to the light rail station, but according to the airport transfer driver, this area isn't very safe, so we ended up hiring a private car for all our transportation. The hotel room was quite large, but the breakfast was very mediocre.

Great location, very convenient for the airport as it's right opposite the airport train station. The room was large, new, and clean. It had a simple, American-style minimalist design, with the front desk and restaurant being quite basic. Breakfast was typical American style – not much variety and very crowded.

The rooms are new, and the hotel is located inside a residential area, very close to Jamaica Station. There are tons of food options nearby, with all kinds of delicious cuisine to choose from. It's a great place to stay, highly recommend it to everyone.

Very close to the JFK AirTrain station, though there aren't many shops nearby. It's perfect if you have an early morning flight. You can get to Manhattan in about 30 minutes on the E line. Breakfast on weekends starts a bit late, at 7 AM, so I missed it... The toilet paper was folded in a fun way, and the room was spacious. There's a mini-mart on the first floor selling instant noodles.
