This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of Jamaica station, making it accessible even for late-night arrivals. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature modern amenities, while the breakfast is both hot and satisfying. I also appreciated that the refund was processed promptly on the day of checkout.

Spacious and clean room. Next to train station. Many shops nearby. Good service. Breakfast was quite bad.

After a long flight to jfk this is a good option for a night of rest. The breakfast was decent above US standard. The room view was excelent. ( 19th floor) The hotel is new and room was very clean. I wish there is water fountqin on each floor but its available omly at reception. I was very satistified with the hotel for one night rest there was flowers in the lobby

Excellent location walking distance to the underground

The hotel is well situated for JFK airport but 50 minutes drive from Time Square so I am happy I moved from this hotel the following day into Manhattan for my 3-day exploring NYC attractions. The receptionist on the desk was so rude and unfriendly (and yet was laughing & joking with the American guests who checked in infront of us) maybe he just didn’t like the British?! The area isn’t somewhere I would feel comfortable walking around, definitely not at night. But the room was spacious and clean so served our 1-night purpose.
