Hard Rock Hotel New York

The hotel is great, and the location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Times Square or catch a Broadway show. The service was top-notch, and the hygiene conditions were good. My only minor complaint is that they charged for every drink at breakfast, which seemed a bit unreasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, as were the employees in the restaurant and rooftop bar. The ambiance is typical Hard Rock, making it quite unique. The bed was large and comfortable, and we slept very well. The hotel's location is excellent; Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park are all within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are just around the corner, which is very convenient. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious. The coffee machine in our room wasn't working, but the technician promptly checked and fixed it – very competent service! The only minor issue was the somewhat noisy air conditioning, which is why I'm deducting a point. I've also uploaded a picture of the shower because I found the shower fixture very practical. Thank you for the wonderful time!

No real views to speak of, but the location is excellent (even if Times Square itself is a bit chaotic and dirty). It's super convenient for Fifth Avenue and Broadway, and subway access is good too.

We arrived 2 hours early and the rooms were ready, but they wouldn't check us in without an extra $200. This is the first hotel I've encountered with such a policy. We won't be staying there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with new facilities. Its proximity to Times Square was incredibly convenient! There's a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel, and plenty of great restaurants within a 7-8 minute walk. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
