Amazing
在台灣打枱的女孩The hotel staff is the friendliest I have encountered in visiting hotels in many countries. Everyone is very kind, even the security brother is very nice. When I come back at night and the lights are dim, he will take the initiative to lead the way into the hotel lobby. He also worked hard and often helped us get takeout (>^ω^<) The check-in process was very relaxing, and there were welcome drinks upon check-in. My friend also said that the hotel breakfast tasted very good and the overall environment was very clean, making it feel more like being integrated into nature. The only complaint is that it is very close to the airport and there are occasional airplane noises at night. The convenience store is about 3,400 meters from the hotel. It's not far, but you should be careful at night as the street lights are dim.

ZZiv33A very exotic experience. The suite and public areas were well integrated. The architecture was elegant, with plenty of wood throughout the interior. The bathroom reminded me of a summer on the Champs-Élysées. The service was consistently excellent, especially from the butlers, Tucky and May. The 7 Series that picked me up was in very good condition. While not as readily available as Aman after landing, it still provided great convenience. The cooking class and spa are also worth experiencing. The only downside was that our large European family with children was extremely noisy, and the hotel didn't intervene, resulting in noise pollution in both the rooms and public areas.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, the front desk was courteous, helpful and conversant in both English and Thai who upgrade room due room availability upon check in. T2 Hotel lobby and connected surrounding corridor/ pathway to different towers of 4 storey height are decked with colorful life-size animals models such as hippos etc in vibrant colors and wall hung motifs of painted flowers. The room is well kept and clean For daily 6am-10am breakfast at T3 could host up to 180 pax at the same time with spread of local and continental food variety with manned stations dishing fresh omelette and scrambled eggs to go along with the boat clear soup noodle and Northern Thailand style curry noodle soup. T1 equipped with a rooftop swimming pool and medium sized gym for fitness enthusiasts. The well located Nimman Hotel provided two complimentary routes ferried by local tuk tuk which routed to One Nimman and Nimman 6 Soi(street). For One Nimman, it's a vibrant courtyard style with shops and tentage peddling wide assorted ranges of handmade jewellery clothings and crafts with a food court at the end for the fashionistas. For Nimman 6 Soi, a range of local cosmetics and Korean BBQ shops. There is another free complimentary route to and fro Central Chiangmai on hourly basis via a jeep van. On the return trip via complimentary tuk tuk at the entrance corner of Eastin Hotel opposite Maya lifestyle Shopping centre nearby. Overall a fruitful joyous stay thanks to the great hospitality of Travelodge Nimman

IilovetravelyeahhIt’s lovely to have a fully vegan resort. The property was very clean, the food was excellent, and I absolutely loved the breakfast. The breakfast buffet chef is fantastic, as is the chef at Moreganic, the main restaurant. I genuinely enjoyed all the food and loved feeling safe knowing everything was vegan. What could have been better was the overall hospitality vibe. Many of the staff we interacted with felt quite disinterested and not particularly warm or welcoming. There were some standouts – Orn, Kham, and another staff member who was always smiling (I didn’t catch his name) – but most others felt lacklustre. On several occasions we went downstairs and were not greeted at all, even though staff were sitting at the desk. There was also background music on repeat – a very short piano loop (around 15 seconds) that played continuously from around 6am until night in the breakfast and common areas. It became quite overwhelming over time and is unfortunately very memorable. The room itself was lovely and very clean, however housekeeping was inconsistent on two days of our six-night stay. One day, when we had the eco card on the bed (meaning no fresh sheets), the beds weren’t made at all. Another day, my kids’ beds were only half-done with a quick fold at the end. Generally housekeeping was good otherwise. Different housekeepers rotating I think. The air conditioning units had visible mould on the flap, which I wiped off myself. This raised concerns about whether there may also be mould inside the unit. There was a slightly musty smell in my room (we had two rooms). Luckily, as it was winter, we mostly used the fan, but this does need addressing. English proficiency among staff was quite limited overall. Orn was great, but in general communication was difficult. I noticed this at another hotel in Chiang Mai as well, so it may not be specific to this resort. On the positive side: the small gym was excellent and open 24 hours, with clean air conditioning. The bathroom had a great toilet bottom-wash-hose with good pressure, clean towels and sheets, bathrobes, a chain lock on the door for extra security, and a filtered water station. Would we stay again? Probably not. The main reason we chose this resort was the vibe – friendliness and feeling taken care of – but it felt more like a serviced apartment where you provide your own hospitality, apart from the restaurants and generally good (but inconsistent) housekeeping. That said, it is aesthetically beautiful, and being able to eat anything without concern was a huge plus. It would also be great to have hotel transport available during the day, not just for airport transfers, so guests can move around in a trusted vehicle. The airport pickup could have been more welcoming and smiling and the wai. The food is exceptional. Moreganic is often empty, likely because prices are around 60% higher than local restaurants, but we really enjoyed our meals there, at breakfast, and via room service. The app-based room service worked very well and delivery was fast. I noticed the pool-access rooms and feel they lack privacy, as other pool guests can sit right outside. My jacuzzi jets also didn’t work. I don’t enjoy giving critical feedback, but I didn’t receive a post-stay feedback email, so this felt like the appropriate place to share it. With staff warmth improved, housekeeping consistency tightened, the music changed, and maintenance issues addressed, this would easily be a full-star stay for me. A fully vegan resort is truly special and unique, and the concept is wonderful. We stayed about 26 days after the Queen’s passing, which may have influenced the atmosphere. P.S. There are some lovely temples nearby, including Wat Mahawan, and others just across the road. All are about a three-minute walk from the resort. There’s also a great jewellery store close by called “I Do I Design.”

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and spacious, and the hotel was also like a gallery. It's near Nimman Road, and there's a market and convenience store right next door, which is super handy. But, it's on a flight path, so you'll hear planes all day and night.

GGuest UserI booked a triple room, and it was quite spacious with modern, minimalist decor. The cleanliness was impressive. Downstairs in the lobby, there's complimentary drinks, coffee, cookies, and water. Breakfast isn't as extensive as what you'd find in a Chinese hotel, but there's bread, congee, and enough to fill you up. The location was perfect – right across the street from One Nimman and a short walk to Maya Mall. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and massage parlors nearby. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. If I come back, I'd probably choose to stay here again.

JJiaaaHeBellanara was the highlight of our Chiang Mai trip, a truly pleasant surprise! First off, we arrived before check-in, and they kindly let us in early. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which was fantastic. Just outside the lobby is the pool. But what really stood out was the room – it was huge, practically a one-bedroom apartment! You really can't tell from the pictures. My friend and I were so impressed the moment we walked in, we instantly regretted not booking more nights. The furnishings gave off a lovely French vibe. The stay was absolutely wonderful, I can't stop thinking about it!

GGuest UserAs a family who really appreciates boutique stays with character, our experience at Chez Nij Ryokan Onsen was truly exceptional. We initially booked a standard room but decided to pay extra for a Suite upgrade and it was absolutely worth it. The suite was very spacious and luxurious, with elegant gold accents that gave it a refined feel. There was a comfortable sofa area, and my wife especially loved soaking in the warm bathtub before her bedtime. The service was warm and sincere. The owner and staff were very attentive and caring, always checking on us and offering help proactively. They even assisted with travel information and car rental arrangements. The owner shared the history of the house - once the residence of a former Governor of Chiang Mai, with many distinguished guests having visited in the past - made the stay feel even more meaningful. The lobby feels incredibly warm and homely, like stepping into a private heritage residence. The wooden interior is beautiful, and there’s a small exhibition displaying the Governor’s portrait and notable visitors’ photos. Food was delicious and varied, with both Thai and Western options. We really enjoyed the evening mini tea set - longan cake and brownies one day, different desserts the next. A very nice touch. The location is very convenient - less than 10 minutes to One Nimman, Chiang Mai University, and Ang Kaew Reservoir. Calling a taxi via app was easy and fast. It’s central yet quiet at night, as it’s located in a residential area. We heard airplanes occasionally since Chiang Mai International Airport is within the city, but it didn’t bother us.

PPawee Bank NontamongkoltornStaff: Mostly friendly and professional, except few. I asked the female staff for early check-in and left my luggage at the designated place. Then, she said, “No, you have to wait until 14:00”. Immediately after her response, the male staff approached me and processed it. He also allowed me to change room without any charge and to store my luggage in the room, instead of the designated area. Room: For those who like 80s-90s vibe, this is for you, and me too. The AC is loud and cleaned. The ceiling, on the other hand, has strains from water. The curtain has a strain that looks like either blood or coffee. The wall looks unpolished, creating a running down impression of the hotel. The socket, TV, lift, and fridge are functional, fortunately. 2 bottles of water are set by the hotel standard. Please clean up those strains and walls. Bathroom: It contains dusts on the ventilation fan’s cover. There is mold strain on the wall that could be mistaken as black mold initially. Please clean up it as it could evolve to such in the future. Location: Not far away from the pubs, so music can get loud inside the room as it has poor soundproof. Unless you don’t mind the sound, or want to stay away from the city centre, go for it.
