"Amara Hotel offers one of the best services we've experienced. As soon as we arrived via Grab, the staff immediately assisted us with our luggage and brought it to the concierge, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The lobby has a pleasant ambiance with complimentary infused water and juice, and even a clean, well-maintained restroom. Although we had to wait a bit to check in at 3 PM, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room from a deluxe to one with a private jacuzzi—complete with a great view and relaxing vibes. The rooftop pool also offers a beautiful view, though the drinks are a bit pricey. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and our room featured a high-tech toilet with a heated seat and automatic bidet. During checkout, the concierge service was excellent, allowing us to safely store our luggage. Overall, a great stay with impressive hospitality"

"Great Stay Overall — Would Come Again We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will likely stay here again in the future. Pros: 1. Excellent location right next to the Chong Nonsi BTS station — super convenient for getting around the city. 2. Rooftop pool on the 10th floor with a stunning view of the station and the Mahanakhon Tower. 3. Fantastic buffet breakfast — especially loved the ice cream selection! 4. Reasonably priced for the quality and location. Cons: The only real downside was the room view. We booked a room “with a view” on the 7th floor, but unfortunately, the view was mostly blocked. The main windows faced a wall with air conditioning units, and the view of the skyline and BTS station was only visible through two narrow side windows. This seems to be a common issue with many rooms, as the side of the hotel facing the view is occupied by shared spaces like the buffet area and the pool. On the bright side, the view from the dining area is amazing. Only the 8th and 9th floors have rooms with truly open views, but no upgrades were available during our stay."

"Convenience location within 2 LRT stations and easy access to various tourist attractions with the LRT. Lot of eateries And close to the night market."

"Wonderful stay at Mercure Bangkok Surawong! Staff's surprised me with a thoughtful birthday setup — towel cake, brownies & a handwritten card from the Front Office Manager, Ms. Jatuphat Taraphoom. Room was cozy, modern, with a balcony and great layout. Big thanks to Front Desk & Concierge for their amazing service. Thai hospitality at it’s best. Highly recommend!"

"A centrally located hotel with attentive staff. The rooms are compact and cozy, a perfect combination. The food is delicious and satisfying. And a little secret: the bathtub is incredibly relaxing and subtly sexy because it's located in the middle of the room!"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money! The location is great, close to Chulalongkorn Night Market and just a few minutes' walk from shopping malls. The staff were incredibly welcoming, running over to help with our luggage from afar, and were especially friendly to women, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Bangkok!"

"Our 4 day and 3 nights experience at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G was excellent and exceptional. We booked a Deluxe Twin Bed and they gave us a corner room. It was spacious and clean with lots of complimentary items included. They cleaned up our room daily and changed our beds with new linens, brought new towels, toiletries and 2 bottles of water everyday. The breakfast at Tiva on the 2nd floor is superb. It’s like a 5 star dining with lots of international breakfast to choose from. The Front Desk staffs are also vey helpful and accommodating along with their staffs of Spa. Overall highly recommended!"

"RED PLANET SURAWONG is a 3-star hotel with a view of the Ritz-Carlton Maha Nakhon and downtown Silom and Sathorn. This is a busy area. What makes this property fun is the weed shop downstairs, Cloud Nine, and a cute 7 Eleven. The building also has 2 restaurants... Khua Kling Pak Sod and ??🤔 The rooms are comfortable enough. Tiny refrigerator. Hair dryer. Big flat screen tv. Housekeeping is a guy and a girl from Burma. They are pretty thorough with the cleaning. I stayed for 7 days and was happy with the staff. Not perfect but they are young and training and learning. They seem to have a good heart❤️, though. ###"

"I was really impressed with the welcome drink and cookies during check in.. never expected that. Furthermore, the display of my name on the room's TV screen is totally something i never EXPECTED... love it. Also, a thumbs up to front desk Mr.MinHo, he noticed someone cut into our line while we were queuing and choose to serve us first instead of the other raging customers, this hotel literally becomes to number 1 selection next time if I happened to return to Bangkok in near future."

"Amenities I deducted two stars because when I got to the lobby, it wasn't finished yet. There were still painters working, and there was a paint smell. The seating wasn't completely finished. The room was very new. It was small, but clean and comfortable. I could easily move it without feeling cramped. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Central Park and Lumphini Park."
