Kromo Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton

There is an art event during our stay which is rather annoying. Everyone from the event are using the same lift which further inconvenient hotel guests. Granted hotel guest can join the event for free. Everything else was great. The lift TV is crooked. Annoyed my OCD everytime entering the lift.

Design & Vibe: The interior of Kromo is absolutely beautiful. The materials used throughout the property are incredibly elegant, and we loved the overall graphic and branding design. It gives the hotel a really unique and stylish atmosphere. Service & Hospitality: The staff here are top-tier. We originally booked for 3 nights but decided to extend for a 4th. Even though we requested the extension at the absolute last minute right before check-out, the team handled it flawlessly and everything went smoothly. Special Shoutout: We had the pleasure of chatting with Lobster, who was incredibly friendly! He helped us navigate around the city and even taught us a few Thai words! Highly recommend Kromo for anyone visiting—we had a perfect stay!

The location is actually quite convenient — it's between two BTS stations, so walking isn't too bad at all. The hotel itself feels new and modern, which is nice. The pool looks fantastic — probably the highlight of the property. But you could get something a bit more comfortable elsewhere in Bangkok. The overall experience was okay — nothing terrible, but nothing that really wowed me either. One major downside: the shower water pressure is weak. If you're someone who enjoys a strong, hot shower after a long day in Bangkok heat, this might disappoint you.

It was horrible experience i had. The below is the message i shared to hotel. Please don't expect me any postive feedback for this time stay. As I'm stay only 2 nights in BKK as stopover, i choose brand new Hilton hotel and tried to ignore minor uncomfortable things but it's too much. Is this really 5 stars hotel under Hilton? I just expected short break with basic treatment. However, what the heck came down to work in common area lobby but private event for 2 days? Haha... From the start, i checked-in late time yesterday due to flight, and the process has no hospitality like the other luxury hotel experiences even i mentioned my Hilton golden membership. I get the Gold membership is not much special but also i booked with 3rd party this time, limited membership benefit totally understandable. Nothing explanation about hotel, wifi, gym, and pool until i ask. Only supported check in and that's it. What about the passport thing? Just gave me and what to do? Therefore in the room, 1. snack box partially empty and i needed to explain my self that i didn't use anything 2. No room shoes 3. lower floor and need to pay for better Wifi access..? 4. Woman hairs in bath and towel Please, i'm not mention or mean to any person and i would like to purely share the feedbacks that i felt last 20 hours. Then the manager replied me these issues with a drink coupon in bar which i didn't and don't wanted to use in 1F. Only one thing good is hotel interior design. Thanks for your service.
