Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Bangkok

Sorry to say I’m quite disappointed with the hotel except he location. Firstly, there is no bell boy at the hotel entrance to help on taking the luggage, secondly the hotel room is very simple and no body lotion provided, thirdly there are many small bugs in the rooms which is very irritating during our stays. We booked 2 rooms and found small bugs in both of our rooms. Overall the it is not worth to pay almost MYR 500/ nite for this kind of hotel quality. Definitely will not back again.

Look no further; Sheltered to Terminal 21, BTS and MRT lines, there’s also 2 massage places to choose from everyday. Microwave and washing machines and dryers in the lobby are a bonus! Not forgetting the staff, the office front desk and Bozz who helps our family with all the luggages! Traveling with a baby is no joke, but thanks to everyone at the hotel, we had a wonderful time.

The hotel located actually right in front of the Asok BTS and MRT, easy to go everywhere with BTS or MRT. Terminal 21 shopping mall just right in front of the hotel too, you can shop and find good restaurants just walking distance. Hotel is clean and the staffs are very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The shelter walk way is just next to ASOK BTS. The location is so convenient. Room is clean. Rooftop swimming pool and basic gym equipments. Will definitely stay here again

The location is awesome. Directly connected to Asok BTS and you don’t need to worry about rain or shine to walk to BTS or Terminal 21 as it is connected by covered walkway. Love the fact that u just walk right in to hotel lobby once u exit the BTS station. It’s in between two massage centres so that’s another plus. Appreciate the Toto bidet seat in our toilet as the toilet seat is warmed whenever u sit on it. The room, including toilet, is nice and spacious.

This is my second time staying here. Bed and pillows are just right for me. The hotel comes with paid laundry at 200 baht per wash / dry.

The location is excellent,linked from the BTS and also able to link to MRT-Airport line. It's actually easier to take the Airport line to Phaya Thai to change to BTS to Asok. It saves the walking around the mrt walkway as Phaya Thai BTS transfer is shorter and direct. Hotel reception was easily accessible right from BTS station,staff were welcoming and friendly. Most of them can speak different languages including English of course. Hotel rooms were clean,but the pillows were a little soft for me. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, bottles of water were provided. It was also snugly located between 2 high quality Thai massage (Let's Relax and Makkha). Could easily do a morning massage to start the day or a late night massage to soothe your body.I paid and tried the hotel breakfast and was delighted in the Japanese style breakfast. Another awesome point,it is directly linked to Terminal 21. Most of the more popular restaurants (After You,Klub Pao,Thong Smith...) with long queues in city centre has no queue here! The manicure section was great,there's also a small supermarket below. Lots of shops and cinema available too. You can also walk to a nice morn brunch place,Bartels . Only downside for me was I got bitten by a mosquito in the hotel room on my first night. I woke up at 2 am and 5 am from itchiness from the mosquito bites. I had to go to reception to ask for mosquito repellent but they very kindly and immediately allowed me a room change. I bought insect repellants the next day and used it around the bedroom as a precaution. I went around my holiday with 3 mosquito bites on my face (and the rest on my arms were at least unseen in pictures.)

I've stayed here many times, and the hotel staff's explanations and services have remained unchanged. It's a hotel and location that I highly recommend!
