Romance Hotel Sukhumvit 97

Was woken up by the sound of drilling and hammering in the morning in the room right above mine. Very inconsiderate of the guests staying there. I understand maintenance is needed from time to time but do it later in the day when people aren’t trying to sleep.

Everything was good,I recommend to everyone,cleaning is well,stuff is nice,pool is clean,have 7-11 near

It is my 2nd time staying here. What I love about this hotel is the cleanliness and how polite staff are. Maybe they can branch out closer to tourist spots! 👍 And rooms are spacious!

I felt the front desk was professional. They marketed halloween goodies. I did not like that they did not have a door sign. It could be that they forgot one in the room. Clean I gave a 4 because the bathroom looked old but they do clean. I believe they might be short staff. Could be wrong. The morning swim, maybe the water not kept well at 8am but don’t get me wrong, I paid dirt cheap for my stay. To get a pool for that price wow but I do feel I should have something to park my bag in. Good sizeable safe in the room and maybe the lack of a table beside the bed was because the room I paid was low. You do see it in their photos. They have plenty of roof top to at least double the current gym size. There is potential and people with family or preferably to be in an area quiet can consider this place. There is a mall one station south and north to fill your needs. Nice entrance to the hotel. Maybe a better paint job in my room.

Unhappy about drinking water bottles they didn't not provide water bottles for the checkout day. Poor hospitality

Nice hotel, helpful staff, good location. Only two negative points, balcony small and can easily hear noise from next rooms. Having said that very good value

Nice hotel at sukhumvit, need to go for a 5-min walk to reach bts station. A lot of people at our last stay here (compared to two years ago at nov).
