The service was excellent. The front desk staff, Aom, Fern, Fine, and Beau, were all very warm and provided a lot of help and care. We were upgraded to an executive suite, and both the afternoon tea and Happy Hour desserts were outstanding. The cocktails also deserve high praise. The breakfast was rich and varied, and most importantly, the quality and taste of the ingredients were exceptionally well-controlled. For a hotel with such a large number of guests, this is truly commendable. It's a shame we didn't get to use the swimming pool. The gym was a bit hard to find, but the equipment was decent.

The Chatrium Grand Bangkok is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very dedicated and attentive. The cleanliness is excellent, and housekeeping does a thorough job. Highly recommended the hotel if you are gonna order grab anyway. Great space, very nicely designed room, all you can ask for and even have us welcome chocolate bites. Dinner buffet is a little pricy, and it might be better to eat out instead. Only down side is the 10 mins walk from the BTS station
