Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside

All the staff were friendly, and although it's a bit older, it was clean. They operate a shuttle boat (shuttle ferry), so I got to enjoy a boat ride. It's within walking distance to Asiatique, so I went grocery shopping at Big C Market every night.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel's accessibility and view were fantastic. The hotel breakfast was amazing! Honestly, everything was perfect during my 3-day stay. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I'd probably stay here. It was truly the best. Thank you so much! Especially the bottled noodles – they were seriously the absolute best. I still think about them even after coming home.

The stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly and attentive. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no stains in the corners. The soundproofing was excellent, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's a rare find for a quality hotel at this price point.

Last summer, I stayed at the same hotel and had a fantastic experience. This year, however, it was just average. First off, the hotel has been undergoing renovations every morning for a long time. Then, the ventilation system in the room wasn't good enough. I'm not sure where the renovation work was happening, but the entire room smelled of paint thinner, which made for a terrible experience. Also, a year later, the location for the morning buffet has changed. Unlike previous years, you can no longer enjoy breakfast with a view of the Chao Phraya River. Unless something changes, I won't be staying here next year.

The hotel environment is excellent. You can enjoy the Chao Phraya River view from the window or while sitting on the bed, especially at night when the cruise ships pass by, which is beautiful. The soundproofing is great, with no noise at all. There's a free ferry service to and from Central Pier, making it very convenient to go to Icon Siam or the nearby night market and amusement park. The breakfast dining area is also fantastic, and the variety of breakfast options is definitely five-star quality. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel is right by the Chao Phraya River, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are quite spacious, and since we have older kids, they even arranged an extra bed, so we had three single beds. The hotel's location is excellent.

Great location and decent service with good value for money. It's convenient for getting around, especially since we wanted to take the kids to the Ferris wheel night market for the sky ride, and it was just a short walk away.
