The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different preferences. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of being served welcome drinks during check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Centre Point Plus Pratunam had undergone a renovation. The rooms are modern looking with many surfaces to put our stuff. The room is also big enough for all 3 of us to open our luggage to access or pack things. The only thing to note is that there are only 3 lifts, so waiting for lifts during peak check in and out period will take a while. And that with the mrt tunnels construction going on outside the main road, Getting grab or bolt cars will take a while due to the congestion and some drivers might reject the booking. I think this will persist till the construction completes. Notwithstanding, We truly enjoyed our stay in centre point plus pratunam.

Fantastic hotel for our family, even provided a baby crib for my daughter’s baby, close to a big night market, the view from our room was amazing, definitely stay again.

Good location and spacious room with welcoming helpful staff. However room keeping was not up to standard. Not always given all the towels and room was extremely dusty. You could clearly see it dust hanging off the walls. Floor was not cleaned daily.
The towels need replacing extremely off white and with broken ragged edges.
Came back to room and there was a leak on the floor, but staff dealt with it quickly.
A bit of a wait for the lift as there are only two main ones.
Lobby area at night was not great, noisy people would sit and use it like a living room at home running around with bare feet, changing nappies.
I would only stay again because of great location.

Rooms big and spacious. 10am to 6pm daily got free coffee machine/beverage and snacks counter at lobby. Really enjoyable and wonderful stay and the teen kids like it alot too.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean & nice ambience. They even provide free flow of hot drinks including hot chocolate ,biscuits & cold drinks at the lobby during day time!
My room is spacious with a Queen bed & sofa bed and microwave. Full amenities.
Location is very centralized near malls & shopping market & 711..
They have shuttle services to BTS train line as well.
Will definitely come back to this hotel. I

Always our first choice when we’re at BKK! Front desk receptionist are all very friendly, they upgraded our room to connecting room which made our stay so much more pleasant. Good service, good location! Will always be back.

basic amenities well met. room was spacious and clean, and comes with a small balcony. hopefully the next time we visit we can be facing the front instead of the back. will come back to stay for my next visit to bkk! there was also a small cookie given upon checkout and i thought it was cute, thank you~
