Holiday Inn BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT by IHG

The hotel is right next to Emsphere, very convenient and walking to MRT Phrom Phong is around 8-10mins, mostly covered or Asoke in the other direction non-covered. Hotel seems dated but relatively clean, staff is helpful and provide service with a smile. Not bad for the price and would stay again.

The room is big, and the services are good. It’s walkable distance to go to the shopping mall nearby.

I am completely shocked that this property holds a 4-star IHG rating. The lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene here is unacceptable. Gross Housekeeping: Upon entering the room, I found ***** hair on the towels. It is clear the linens were either not washed properly or never changed from the previous guest. Neglected Bathrooms: The bathroom was incredibly dirty and smelled foul. A 4-star hotel should deliver pristine sanitary conditions, but this felt entirely neglected.Failing IHG Standards: I stay at IHG properties expecting a reliable baseline of luxury and comfort, but this specific location is a massive disappointment.Do not let the 4-star rating or the brand name fool you. Dirty smelly old towels, dated rooms and definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place until management completely overhauls their housekeeping staff and deep-cleans the facilities.

Located right next to Emsphere and all the night life Bangkok has to offer

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic since its just beside a mall. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
