Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

Our family stayed at Terminal 21 Hotel Bangkok and had a pleasant experience. Connected directly to the shopping mall, the hotel is close to BTS Asok and MRT stations, offering excellent transport links to all tourist spots. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough for a family. One downside is the lack of self-service laundry facilities. We had lots of travel clothes and paid laundry service is pricey. It would be perfect if coin-operated laundry rooms were available. We would love to come back if this improvement is made.

Luxurious rooms, breathtaking views from the panoramic windows, a wide selection of complimentary drinks in the lobby, a game room, helpful staff, and an exceptionally clean and well-maintained room - everything was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a pity that we had so little time left in Bangkok during our trip. A big thank you to all the staff at this wonderful hotel!

I've stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The location is incredibly convenient, and the hotel service is excellent. The rooms are kept very clean every day, and if you call Grab, the doorman will even help confirm the vehicle number and arrival time.

The hotel is located in a great area and is connected directly to the Terminal-21 mall, which is a great source of shopping and dining selections. The hotel was very modern, clean and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet and swimming pool. The hotel also had many other facilities to enjoy such as a spa, tennis courts, game room, etc. My single only complaint (which was shared by another couple staying in a different room, who were traveling with us), was the knob operation on the shower. You could select either hot, or cold, but even the smallest touch of the knob in either direction would switch the temp from burning hot to freezing cold. It was impossible to get a happy "warm" temp out of the shower. Crazy, I know, and I can't understand how that's even possible mechanically! But there you have it... I loved the hotel, and look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Bangkok.
