It was a great for a short stay! Me and boyfriend were planning to go Pattaya so we decided to book this hostel which was so near to the bus terminal. The location was very convenient because it was very close to BTS metro, shopping mall, foods, caffes, massage, some other services. What I really liked was you can self check in, no need to face the front desk. They will send you the main door and your room’s code via message. The room was small but I think it is enough for two people and also suitable short stay. It was clean and tidy. The only disadvantage was, it wasn’t soundproof. You can hear your two sides of room’s noises. But overall it was a great stay! Totally recommend!

After complaining on the first night about noise coming from the street in the room ”without windows” staff moved us to another room - good customer service. I recommend

This hotel location is great, close to Ekkamai Bus Terminal and metro station within walking distance. The hotel itself it’s great, with everything brand new , literally Everything inside it’s new. The renovation is minimalist style, quite stylish. Inside the room, super clean and super tidy, and mattress and pillows are super comfy. The room and the area is very quiet. The staff here are very friendly and very polite and very helpful! I highly recommend here! Very worthy every dollars you spent !

I had a very pleasant stay at Greenview Ekkamai 10. The view from the property is really nice and adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient, as it is close to the BTS station, and the hotel also provides a shuttle service, which makes getting around even easier. Not bad at all, and it's quite close to the Grand Palace. Taxis in Bangkok are really expensive though; I think it cost almost a hundred baht to get to the Grand Palace. The driver charged even more on the way back, and 600 baht to the airport!

The room is spacious and clean, provide basic amenities. Location is perfect, it is very close to the Ekkamai bus terminal as well as the BTS. Shopping malls and restaurants are around too. We are a family of three, while they provided only 2 sets of towels in room (I told the staff who assisted us to check in that we would like to have an extra set , but yet he might have forgotten to follow-up). 30 mins later, I saw a housekeeping lady and requested for another set, but she refused and asked me to approach the FO again. Couple of minutes later, the FO called back to our room and said it costs $100Baht for renting an extra towel per day... it surprised me, ok, we bought a brand new one later from a nearby market.

Check-in went smoothly. The friendly receptionist told us he'd upgraded our room so my friend and I could have separate beds. The room was old and sad, not very clean, but overall it would have been fine for an overnight stay before our flight, if not for one issue. When we went to bed, we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working. The window wouldn't open either, only a small crack. We didn't bother going down to fix it because it was the middle of the night and we had very little time to sleep. The air conditioner seemed very old, didn't respond to the remote, and even though the curtains were open, it didn't work. As a result, we couldn't sleep all night; the outside temperature was around 35 °С. It was terribly hot, so before a long flight, we had to swelter all night. We hope the hotel does a better job of maintaining the rooms, especially the air conditioners, because otherwise, it's impossible to breathe and survive! But the location is still great, easy to get to the airport, metro entrance is nearby!

GGuest UserThe hostel is very modern and generally clean. The staff are very accommodating. The bed I was assigned to had a broken towel rack and ants around the bed and the staff immediately agreed to switch beds for me. While there were fewer ants at the new bed, there was a baby cockroach running around the locker portion of the bed. It was late and my last night when I saw the cockroach so I didn't bother asking for a change but I do think better pest control could be something the hostel should look into.

GGuest UserI was quite anxious when I arrived, as many reviews mentioned the hotel being old and dated. However, after staying for three days, I have to commend this hotel! 1. The lobby is opulent, and 'rich and varied' doesn't even begin to describe the spread at breakfast. 2. The service is exceptional; they are basically ready to help with anything you need. There's always someone to open the door when you enter the lobby, and the front desk and room service are fantastic! When I checked out, they helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than both Grab and Trip.com, costing only 500 Thai Baht (to Don Mueang Airport). 3. The gym is huge, easily over 400 square meters, with all sorts of equipment and dedicated staff. I didn't get to use the pool, but there were lots of kids enjoying it. 4. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to an MRT station. Although it's about 6-7km from the main tourist attractions, for this price, service, and facilities, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Book with confidence! In the evenings, there's a night market nearby, mostly frequented by locals, offering great value for money. If you turn right outside, there's a 'Chinatown' street with all kinds of delicious food.

KKantabuliyazhangchangzongI was quite hesitant about this hotel after reading the reviews, but after staying there, I can say its location is excellent, right by the river. The biggest selling point is definitely the riverside access, especially the free shuttle boat. This shuttle can take you to S-pier, which connects to all the major blue and orange line attractions. Taking the metro isn't the most convenient option, but you can also get to S-pier and transfer there. From my window, I could see the Ferris wheel, and there's a night market right downstairs. However, the shuttle service ends at 9 PM, which is a big drawback, as it's about a 5-minute walk from there. Also, if you're close to the river at night, you might hear the rumble of boats in the middle of the night. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they're not dirty. I loved the bed – it was incredibly soft and comfortable; I honestly didn't want to get up! The beds are huge. Even though they're single beds, two pushed together are bigger than beds in China, easily sleeping three people. I skipped the hotel breakfast as I'd already spent a lot of money these past few days. In the afternoon, there's hot coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch (though it's the only one). They also have iced water, chrysanthemum tea, and roselle tea, plus some biscuits. In the mornings, there are croissants and hot coffee that you can take with you. It's like a simple meal, and it's not bad at all. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. The hotel requires a deposit, as it's a major international brand. The bottled water in the room is complimentary and NSF certified, so feel free to drink up. The razor provided was quite good, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. From 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there's a singer performing in the lobby, which you can discreetly listen to. There's also legitimate massage available outside. If you get hungry at night, there's a 7-Eleven and some street food stalls about 50 to 100 meters away. I wouldn't say the food is amazing or terrible, but you can try the oyster omelet. As for the swimming pool, it's actually quite nice, being on the first floor and very spacious. If your main goal is to explore along the river, this hotel is perfect. However, if you're looking to frequent places like Nana, this location might not be ideal.

GGuest UserI spent 17 nights at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my choice for a remote work and vacation stay. The room has a spacious desk where I could work comfortably, and the internet speed was consistently fast. The bed was also very comfortable. I had no trouble falling asleep at all. I’d say it’s on par with the bed at Parkroyal Collection Pickering in Singapore. The room was clean and a decent size, and the shower had strong water pressure. Locationwise, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Sala Daeng BTS or Lumphini MRT. While it may not be very close to public transport for some, one of the best things about the location is that it’s surrounded by many great restaurants to suit different budgets. In fact, the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.Special thanks to Mr. Kelly from the reception team for providing exceptional service and helping me with any issues during my stay.

EExpat EDventuresWe had a very pleasant stay at Somerset Sukhumvit 71 Bangkok. Check-in was easy and smooth with welcome infused water, and the on-site café was excellent, with delicious breakfast pastries. The beds were firm and clean, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and making our beds daily. We also appreciated that both of our rooms were booked next to each other, which made travelling as a family much easier. Our fourteen-year-old’s bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. John, the concierge, was outstanding. He managed to book a same-day bike tour for our family of six and also kindly arranged our airport transfer. His service truly stood out and made our stay even better. Our only disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We had planned to ring in the new year at the rooftop venue, but it was fully booked. I had messaged the hotel in advance through the Trip app but didn’t receive a response. Instead, we followed a restaurant recommendation from the front desk, only to arrive 56 minutes before closing and be told the kitchen was already closed. Two other nearby restaurants were also closed, so we ended up grabbing snacks from the 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel kindly unlocked our balcony so we could at least watch the fireworks from our room. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice, although the water was quite cold, so we didn’t swim. The location is a bit far out, but overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and booked a third night. A great hotel with excellent service, especially from the concierge, and we would happily stay again.

AAnasdanWe stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

AAnonymous UserA good location for travellers looking for a quieter neighbourhood compared to the usual sukhumvit experience, but I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. Gets really inaccesible to convenience stores (they do sell limited options of snacks - at a surcharge of course) 2. Engaged their laundry services, almost couldn’t get it back and wanted to bill me an additional fee to get it back in time for me to checkout and catch my flight. Turns out one of my pants was damaged along the way but made no comments about it till I found out. Didn’t pursue this matter as I have to catch a flight, no time to look for resolutions. 3. Was back at the hotel one of the days slightly earlier at 4:30pm, to my dismay the room wasn’t cleaned, the crew only came by at 5:30pm and offered to clean the room but it wasn’t convenient for me (I was half asleep too). Subsequently took a mental note that I can’t be back at the hotel till at least 7pm if I need my room to be cleaned Your experience may vary, but certainly not one of the experience I was thinking I would received.

DDezhengjianxiuI stayed here ten years ago when I first visited Bangkok, and it's still great! The room is huge, and it's incredibly quiet at night. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and it's not too far from the Sala Daeng BTS station. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice touch, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. My only minor complaint is that they didn't change the bedsheets during my 7-day stay. The hotel is right next to the Mahanakhon Pixel Tower, and the 20th floor offers a fantastic spot for photos.
